Most vitamin E supplements I've seen contain plenty of d-alpha tocopherol, and only small amounts of the others (d-gamma tocopherol, d-delta tocopherol and d-beta tocopherol). Unique E contains 432mg of d-gamma tocopherol, d-delta tocopherol and d-beta tocopherol which, according to my naturopath, is close to how vitamin E found in found nature. My family has been taking this Unique E product daily for about 15 years.

Whenever I restart, within a day or so, I feel a very odd kind of relaxation all over my body, in particular in my thighs.I dont know if the feeling goes away, or I just get used to it and do not notice after a few days.Anyway, Vitamin E is the premier fat soluble vitamin for humans. And fat is one of the first things to oxidize in us. Finally, I just read the Shutes Vitamin E book, published way back in 1970s and I had no idea E was so important - get one of those old books and be amazed at all the things Vitamin E does for us.P.S The book mentioned, with testimonials, that Vit E works synergistically with Vit C - so take both.

I bought this item because my Alpah-Tocopherol level is relatively low. However, when I took it, I suffered from Nausea. I guess it depends on a person, so you need to check whether you have the same side effect by buying 30 softgels first and then if you don't have the side effect, then buy the large one.I don't have any critisizm against this item, but my body doesn't accpet it.Interestingly, I take tocotrienol made by the same brand, and it totally okay for me.
