Faulty design. Broke after the first use on the road while driving average speed. The arm completely bent and came out from the car door. I am so fortunate it didn’t hit another car behind me and end up in an accident.

This came with no instructions so had to use YouTube to have some idea of what to do. The guys who serviced my car refused to help me with it because they didnt understand how it worked. I got it on the car but used trailer ties to wrap around everything
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - Absolute rubbish. The product do not mount to cars very well. Better to buy car manufacture recommended roof rack. DO NOT buy universal product like this. Also the customer service and return policy of this seller do no live up to Australian consumer affairs standards
They are good value for money and do work. The instructions do not mention which way around the straps to the fastener for the window surround go. They need to have their "teeth" sticking upwards (possibly facing the window - I can't recall). In the box, they are given as 45kg bars, not 75kg as advertised. But they do work, and at about 15% of the price of other roof racks, well worth buying. I can't comment on how long they will last.
For the price 10/10 product. But, the ratchets can be a bit fiddly. Once they are attached she's good. Initial setup is easy.
Doesn't fit my vehicle and small part missing. Returns policy time consuming and gave me the run around. easier just to throw them away than return for refund. Should be able just to take to Bunnings and return over counter but have to return via online correspondence and shipping.
Struggled with the tightening and loosening of ratchet assembly but otherwise great. For the most part easy assembly and no tools required
They do what they supposed to do: carrying big stuff that doesn't fit in the car.At a fraction of the cost of other models does its job perfectly
