Seller is super friendly but the first one broke before I even had put my child in it. Then the second one arrived and it broke when my child was in it. It is not safe and when broken it is very hard to remove the left over plastic out of the actual seat possibly ruining your expensive stroller. Not worth it just buy Uppa baby upper adaptors for Cruz.

Good quality for price point and does the job! We have noticed that over time the stability is less/seems a little loose. But for the price, it is a valuable addition to our pram without having to fork out a lot of money before knowing if it is worthwhile accessory.
Updated review: customer service was awesome, as my first set of adapters snapped. The new set work just as described, they lift the seat or car seat to a perfect height with more access to the bottom! Great buy!
Was so excited and happy to get these adapters! Now my diaper bag fits in the stoller with the bassinet attached which makes outings so much easier. Shop owner was very communicative and responsive. Very happy with this purchase
