Been using this oil for 340,000ks in our 2007 Diesel Pajero. It isn't cheap but being a low ash oil it's needed for the dreaded DPF that are required in diesel engines. Yes there are other brands available, but Valvoline were one of the first after market companies to produce a low ash oil.
