During my business days, Van Huesen shirts were the benchmark of business shirts but sadly, this is no longer the case! I had my neck measured several times to make sure I got it correct and it came in at 39cm which I used to order the shirt however, when I put it on it was extremely tight and no way I could fit 2 fingers between neck and collar. I also ordered the Classic cut to have a fuller shirt but it was tight and almost a slim cut. Yep, I was disappointed but someone who it fit's will enjoy it when I give it away.

I bought three black Van Heusen business shirts “Classic Fit”. The fabric is less breathable so it suits for a cold weather day or working in air con workplace. However, the fabric is still a bit rough even after being washed a few times.

Good quality material and fit perfectly. However, it is missing the corresponding buttonhole on the sleeve so cannot be worn with cuff links, a short coming in what is described as a business shirt. A note to the manufacturer, men usually wear cufflinks with business shirts! Otherwise very happy with this purchases which was primarily to go with a black and white outfit for a Gala night on a cruise ship.
Husband bought it for a cocktail party and wore nicely with a jacket. Great fit and fabric is comfortable. Would recommend asking the friendly staff to help as a bigger size suits a tie better for business wear & would not have known this without their help. (Bought the smaller size for tighter fit for our occasion)
The regular fit Van Heusen shirts are our standard go to for everyday business shirts. They wear really well. The black does tend to fade over time but I’d say any shirt would do that.
I had to get these shirts taken in as they are/were too big around my chest/body. It cost me more than the shirt to alter!!!! I do like Van Heusen shirts, however the cut was not what I was expecting
Being Australian often means much longer arms than where many shirts are manufactured. Van Heusen shirts come with sleeve lengths up to 94, whereas most off the shelf shirts only have sleeve sizes of 82-86. The extra 8-12cms is a huge advantage to a proper fit, especially for work and business shirts. Van Heusen is one of the only manufacturers to deliver such properly fitting clothing
Soft cotton business shirt. Very comfortable and true to size . Washes up extremely well. Colour didn’t run in the wash
