The aluminum alloy legs have independent spread and three locking angles, allowing it to easily achieve level on uneven terrain. This tripod has a maximum height of 19.7" and a load capacity of 7.7 lb, yet its lightweight 1.8 lb construction collapses to 9.1" for easy transport and storage. For situations where a tripod may be too slow or bulky, like shooting when wildlife, the tripod can be quickly converted into a 19.3" monopod.
