I mountain bike in these, and they are great if you like flat pedals. They are thin enough so you can feel the pedals, but durable enough to be supportive. they do wear out pretty quick if you are an every day wearer. I think I am on my 10th pair of the black with the laces. They look good with everything, and are super comfortable for how minimal they are. However if you need your arches supported more, I would look at other models they make.

I usually wear between 40 and 40.5 in sneakers / trainers, and I think I remember the last one I ordered was 40.5. However this time my size is 40. I recommend them without hesitation, 100%.
