These are my 3rd pair and for some reason hard to pull on at the start but broke in over time. Out side of that I love them!

I?m on my feet constantly at work (I?m lucky enough to be able to wear casual footwear) and the soles are definitely softer compared to the regular SK8 High which I also have. Due to the thickness of the sole it took a little longer to break-in compared to the regular SK8 High. The break in time is a little longer compared to the standard SK8 High; for me it was my small toe that had some soreness the first few wearings but once they did the fit is just right. I also have a wide foot so both the Comfycush and regular style are good for wide feet. With all this said I would probably go with the standard SK8 High for my next pair since they are also comfortable without the slightly longer break-in time. I?m nit-picking when I compare the two models in this review. ... MoreI?m on my feet constantly at work (I?m lucky enough to be able to wear casual footwear) and the soles are definitely softer compared to the regular SK8 High which I also have. I got these for comfort and to prove to my adult kids and colleagues that I am a cool old fart.

I recently purchased two pairs of Vans COMFYCUSH SK8-HI shoes in size 42 (I wear 41 on a regular basis), and I have to say, they have exceeded all my expectations. These shoes are incredibly versatile, allowing me to dress them up or down depending on the occasion. The padded collar and tongue not only enhance comfort but also add a touch of luxury. The lace-up closure allows for a customized fit, ensuring that my feet feel secure and snug. The high-quality materials used in their construction ensure that they hopefully can withstand the test of time.In conclusion, these shoes are a true winner in terms of comfort, style, and durability. They provide unmatched comfort and support, while still looking incredibly fashionable.

My husband loves this model. Not his first psir and not his last :)
Light and very comfortable, wraps right to my foot.
Love the Comfycush soles. Light weight durable shoe wish clouds for soles!
I really like the look of these shoes but thought the only difference between them and the classic sk8-hi was that they had a cushy insole but the whole sole is different, the sides are made of foam not rubber, the soles were cushy but not breathable. I ended up sending these back and getting the originals but had to get them from another seller since backcountry doesn?t have my size in stock. Backcountry rocks, not a huge fan of these shoes though.
I have sesamoiditis in my right foot. I usually have to add an extra insole to my shoes to be able to wear them without it flaring it up. These I don't have to. They are the most comfortable shoes that I've ever worn. Thank you Vans for making this shoe!! I'm so glad that I found these. If you have foot problems, try these shoes. I definitely recommend these!
Yes these are great shoes, I'm breaking them in now. I hope they won't fall apart. These are in the regular size I wear for all my gym shoes and they fit perfect.
Super cute and comfortable shoe. Fits true to size. These make my feet super happy and comfortable for an all day wear.
