Excellent product, my new favourite pair of kicks
These KNU SKOOL trainers are amazing. Great comfort and quality. These are my first pair of Vans for a very long time and I'm so impressed, I'll definitely be buying more. Such a stylish trainer with vibrant colours. Joining up with the Vans family got me a cheeky discount too. Which is a nice you and will definitely get brand loyalty.... Show more

Excellent purchase!!
I bought this as a birthday gift for my son. At first they look huge, maybe big because of the slipper tongue, but they look nice once put on. They look amazing on him!! And as usual with Vans, the quality and materials are good. They really soft on the inside. True to fit. Delivery as announced. Very well packaged. Highly recommended!!!... Show more

Fit well but no cushion
These shoes are cute and fit true to size but the tongue on these is so freaking puffy it makes them a little hard to put on. The laces are also difficult to tighten. My heel was hurting pretty bad after wearing them the first day, otherwise I had no complaints. Tried to put another insole but it made them too tight, the ones that come with the shoe are not easily removable. Hoping they'll break in and be a little better.... Show more

Good Comfy shoes with some cons... (GET A COMFIER INSOLE ASAP)
These shoes are pretty comfy, however they're also very flat bottomed, with literally NO COMFY insole, so after a while they really start to hurt. I threw in a cheap memory foam insole and it helps but vans should really throw a better insole in these be size stock they honestly suck. Also the build quality is a bit naff too. I have loose stitching and frayed stitching everywhere. It's a cool shoe, and the puffy younger is nice but that's the only appeal here. The rest of the shoe isn't as padded. These are also true to size. But like I said DEFFO 150% t her ow a memory foam insole in these and thank me later.... Show more

Great style with a few flaws
I love the style of the shoe. My favorite vans were the early 2000s chunky vans. I bought these hoping they would be similar. They are the closest thing I have found but definitely not them. I love the puffy tongue but it does put a little too much pressure on the top of my left foot right away. I haven't worn them for a full day yet. Only tried them on. The insole is a very scratchy, rough material that I do not like. And the laces are terribly long. So long that I walk on them even after they are tied. They also run just a little bigger than other Vans for me. I always purchase a women's 7 and they fit perfectly. These were just a little big but I am scared to return for a 6.5 because they may be too tight. Other than that, they seem to be comfortable at first try on.... Show more

I will buy these in every color released!!!
So I ran across these at a mall and was super disappointed they didn't have my size so I immediately got on my phone and came to the website. I'm only missing 3 of the color ways but plan on getting them soon. Shoes are super comfy and the puffy shoe is something I've been missing for a long time. Vans is hitting it out of the park with these, I don't skate anymore but I'm sure they would hold up like all the other models given the same material and build quality. Thanks Vans for staying true to your identity and finding ways to innovate like these shoes show 👍🏻👍🏻😁... Show more

My favorite shoe right now
These are not quite the same as the original , the tongue is different and the sole was a capsule on the OG . That bring siad I totally prefer this version . I have 6 different colourways ( 3 classic vans , and 3 vault . I highly recommend . I bought them initially due to nostalgia , but they arrived quite a different shoe ( which is did notice online ) , that being said a better shoe than what I remember from 1998 when I grabbed my first OG pair .... Not sure what to say.
The shoes themselves are awesome. However when I unboxed there is a big black smudge, smear, stain or spot (whatever you wanna call it) right on top of the toe area. Some might not care but I feel that when you buy a pair of brand new shoes directly from the manufacturer they should not have stains on them. Especially white ones. I don't know, just really not happy about that part. Like I said the shoes are cool, but quality control is obviously not great.... Show more

nu skool hotness with some drawbacks
I have both the og version and the new knuskools in front of me. The uppers look similar to the og knu skools but they dont have a different mesh style fabric above the stripe.the soles and front toe area used to be unique as it was one peice . the new versions are a knu skool on top and standard modern old school bottoms. mind u they still look great just different.... Old school meets new school
Love these. The tongue and ankle/heel have padding for extra comfort like the vans of old while keeping the newer canvas style. I changed the laces for some fatter style ones as i like the look more than the thinner ones these come with. Very comfortable and if you got wider feet like me then these will definately be for you.... Show more
