I always have to buy a new pair of Vans every year. I really dig the suede on this pair. I’ve had this particular pair for over a year and there are barely any creases, the suede never gets scuffed. My favorite thing about vans, are that they can really go with anything. I’m a size 8 in women and they are true to size. Especially after breaking them in after a month. I did make a bad choice and wear them when they were brand new to six flax’s magic mountain. We had to park further tha. I’ve ever had to. And the tram was broken. I ended up with blisters all over my feet from all the walking in brand new shoes. Not the best idea to wear a new pair when you have a lot of walking to do. Other than that I have zero complaints! Vans, off the wall.... Show more

Blisters!!!
I’ve always been told Vans are comfy trainers to wear, so I thought it would be worth the £70 I spent on them… it was not. I wore them for a short walk around my local area, I was out for 15 minutes and my heels were shredded. I’ve never had such a quick blister formation in trainers. For shoes that are so expensive, they should not be causing blisters. I laced them properly, had them on right, had decent socks on, I don’t walk funny. They’re almost unbearable to wear. I can’t even drive in them. Such a waste of money, and I can’t send them back because they got a bit of mud on them when I went out. I’m so disappointed. You’d be better off buying literally any other brand.... Show more

Classic old school with better features.
Hey I'm Jay and I've been skating Vans for a few years now. I generally go through shoes quite quick with casual skating. I like the fit of Vans and the features that come in the skate series. These shoes fit a little wide when compared to Nikes or NBnumerics but still are a classic. Overall the look and feel great.I used these shoes for skating here in the Netherlands and I'm generally pretty happy. I usually skate on the Kyle Walker pros and had a previous bad experience with some old schools due to their durability, but these new old school skate versions how met all my expectations. The Duracap over the toes makes sure that i can skate longer without holes in my shoes and the Comfy Cush insoles have got to be the comfiest insoles that already come with the ... The only cons i can see are that they're a little wide so people with narrower feet might not be so comfortable in them. Other than that, they're a solid skate shoe and it is definitely worth it to go for the added perks of the skate series than just the classic series.Great shoes to skate in, durable and comfy. Maybe they're a little wide so watch out if you have really narrow feet.... Show more

Comfort Plus, Perfect for School!
We were looking for leather shoes for my daughter to utilise for high school, particularly in Science lab. Since Vans are my daughter's preferred shoes for school, we wanted to find a leather version and many stores and outlets did not have any in the required size available. However, we were able to find them at Glue Store online in the correct size for no additional cost than the others we had found online. On top of that, the shoes arrived within 2 days from ordering! My daughter and I both love them, and since we are now the same size shoe, I will be borrowing these for myself! Protective, comfortable and on trend for kids and teens in 2022... Show more

Comforts unknown
The smell. Oh, the smell of a fresh shoe. The unboxing is always a wonderful stage as you get the first glance but the smell takes you along to another land, filled with flying unicorns and fresh shoes that grow from the cabbage patch. This shoe, however, exceeds all others. Soft from the ball of the foot to the tips of the toes, it hugs you into a false sense of something like hovering. The plump cuffs snuggle up gently to your ankles in a manner akin to how you would imagine a calf does to mother cow. To top it off, you look even cooler wearing them than you do holding them.... Excellent value and speedy delivery
I've never owned a pair of Vans before as they've always been a little out of my price range but I decided to go for these as they were on sale. I've always admired Vans from a far and glad I bought these. They fit really well (I'm a size 4.5/5 and got a 5 so no issues with being too tight etc) and are super comfortable (lot's of room for all feet widths I think) I cannot complain. The delivery was really quick (about 2 days) and the trainers weren't damaged and looked completely brand new so I'm really pleased. They didn't come fully laced up but I didn't mind that plus the blue is more of a denim blue rather than vibrant blue (again I didn't mind that). The heel part is cushioned and the soles feel reinforced so these will definitely be great if you wanted to ... Finally a true Wide shoe from Vans
This is truly a wide shoe. I've always loved the simplicity and timeless style of vans but they never really fit me like I would want them to. They've always been to narrow for my foot even after breaking them in after some time I really disliked how much my shoes leaned to the side because my foot was too wide for the shoe. No one truly understands that frustration unless you've dealt with shoes that look normal on other people but don't on your own feet. For years I've searched a wide fitting shoe from Vans and finally they're here. In other brand shoes I usually go for 2E - 4E this almost feels like a 4E shoe. There's so much space and width I find them very comfortable. I hope Vans continues to offer Wide in all their styles and color ways.... Show more

NEW DEADLIFT SHOES
I'm a senior citizen and beginner weight lifter. I need balance deadlifting. I read about Vans on power lifting websites. I bought some for the gym. First I removed the glued down insoles, not too hard to do. Put in my prescription, custom orthotics. These Vans have flat bottoms and they stick to the floor. Perfectly level and stable. So glad Vans makes a wide shoe. I tested these out during deadlifts and I am very satisfied with them. For my purposes these shoes are outstanding. They have 9 eyelets and wide cotton laces so I can tighten them exactly the way I want. This is my first pair of Vans.POSITIVES:Excellent weight lifting shoes especially dead lifts and leg presses. They grip the floor. They look good.9 pair of eyelets.Reasonably priced.... Show more

Wrong size!
This is regarding the champs website sizing guidelines, not the actual shoe. It says to order 1.5 size down from your original, which is normal for Vans shoes since they are unisex. I wear 8.5 in women's and ordered a size 7 (as specified). I ended up receiving a size 7 in women's/5.5 men's. When I reached out to customer service, one agent sent a replacement for the exact same wrong size (size 7 women's). When I talked to another agent, I asked for the shoe to just be 8.5 since I knew by now that they have them in women's sizes and not men's. The agent kept telling me I should place an order for a 7.5 because if they sent me an 8.5 they would be too big and I was like what are you saying??!?!?!? Literally all my Vans shoes are W8.5/M7, just send me the right shoe!... Show more

YES! Excellent! Wide toe box Van's! Make more options, PLZ!
Love it. I've been off the "off the wall" wagon for a minute since I wanted to start wearing shoes that fit my foot a little bit better (wide-toe box shoes). I had been wearing Altras for my everyday shoes. great shoes, but overly dorky. I missed the style of my old schools but didn't want to sacrifice my comfort. When I saw Van's was making the old schools and a few others in a wide version, I was excited but cautious. I ordered, put them on, and they are excellent. They fit great and aren't too narrow for a long day's wear. My only gripe? I want MORE! More colors, more styles! Make em all in Wide now too PLEASE! xoxo... Show more
