Absolutely love these! I wish Vans had a larger line of velcro. My only problem with Vans as a whole has been the laces, although that just may be down to my weird feet haha. These are so comfortable and so handy when you've gotta get ready quick! And they look amazing too! My only problem is that you gotta break them in, though that's the same with all shoes. Double up your socks on the first few walks to break them in blister free! They fit true to size and are even more comfortable than my laced ones. Very happy and I'll definitely be getting more velcro in the future!

I bought these for my niece who has autism. She struggles a little with laces so these are brilliant. Bought to replace an existing pair as she loves them so much. I wish more brands would take adults who may have fine motor limitations (or those who just prefer the ease of no laces) into consideration like Vans has done.

THANK YOU!I just fell in love with the Velcro style other than shoelaces. Everyone compliments them.I have the vans with the thicker insoles and my feet are probably used to those so if these had the insoles they would be the absolute best! Still 10/10 shoes though imo

Bought these vans for my sister as she is disabled and has trouble getting fashionable trainers which are supportive enough to wear. She is absolutely delighted with them! They are the most supportive velcro trainers she's ever had and are so sturdy. The Velcro fastens where it should unlike other velcro ones she's had which don't fasten over properly or the velcro isn't great. These are a total game changer for her and she has the white ones also now and I will order more colours when she needs them. Thanks so much she has never been so happy to get a pair of supportive, fashionable trainers!
I love the look of this model but the rubber on the sole started to unglue in the bending areas. Also an updated version with popcush insole, duracap sole, etc. would be great, especially for skateboarding. I hope those are coming sometime soon!
I have tried to get a pair of Velcro Vans for two years but could never find my size. When I saw these I jumped on ordering them. I wear Old Skool Lace-ups and Slips-ons all the time but feel like the elastic on the Vans no show socks digs into the top of my foot. I have not had that issue at all with the Velcros. I brought them on my vacation and wore them everyday, walking long distances and they have been great. I love the colors with the Gum Soles, they don't show any dirt. I will definitely jump on the next Velcros Vans puts out.
Love these Vans - classic and retro!I can be any size between 5-6 depending where I purchase. However what was brilliant with this site is that it gives you proper instructions on how measure. Easy, simple and saves all the hassell from returning or exchanging.Easy to purchase and delivery was very fast. Came alot quicker than the time frame given which was a pleasant surprise :)Will now always by my Vans from here. Easy and alot more choice
These shoes and design are amazing! They're my absolute favourite pair (I even ordered 2 pairs of them). For months I wanted the "childrens style" with the Velcro, and couldn't find them anywhere, and then came across them online. They're so comfy and stylish!
I feel like I have a lot of clothes in my closet that are more off-white, and I don't have a lot of sneaker choices that look super good with them. But these shoes? They're fantastic! As another commenter noted, there are slight differences in material color, so the suede is a grey beige and the canvas is a really nice textured cream. The laces and rubber are all an off-white shade. Altogether I think the colors pair really well and keep the shoe from looking too bland. I am looking forward to pairing these with all my creamy tops that haven't been getting as much love recently.
About time Vans had some Velcro shoes for adults back, so I was straight on these as soon as I saw them. Let's remember that as well as looking cool, lots of people have disabilities that mean a good looking Velcro-fasten trainer is really important to them.All looks and feels good so far but haven't had them long enough to comment on quality (had a bad experience in 2019 with some custom ones that barely lasted a few months, I am told it depends which factory they're made in as to the quality).Must add that these are just standard Old Skool Vans, I always have my eyes peeled for the 'No Skool' edition Velcro fasten that were honestly the best, hardiest, comfiest trainers I have ever owned. Hoping someone with power reads this!
