Awesome shoes! I've been wearing the classics, slip ons, and SK8-Hi since 1990. Vans does an incredible job of updating their shoes, not just style wise, but technology wise also. Some of the new skate shoes have been updated to meet the demands of every day skaters and the pros. Will be wearing Vans until the day I die!

I ordered them on Tuesday and they arrived today Thursday! Incredibly fast. The shoes are very nice and high quality. It comes with HEIQ Eco dry system, ecological water repellent. Very happy with the purchase. Unbeatable price.

I AM IN LOVE with this Shoes one of the most comfortable pair I have! I wear them every day to work, gym and i ride my motorcycle they've got a nice grip and very comfy sole. I just wish we had our own Shop in Jordan! So would've easier access in purchasing.
I agree with some other comments on how this updated version are a bit different. Def tighter in the toe box and take forever to break in. I do like the new tongue tie downs which keep the tongue from sliding, but I feel like it adds to the tightness.
These vans are fantastic. The mid top vans are great and fit so well. The sk8 hi are my favorite style and the fit couldn't be better
They rub a bit on the outside edge just past the elastic part connected to the tongue. Hoping it will get better with time, they are not as comfy as they felt on first wear.
I have owned at least 6 pairs of Sk8-mtes, they are my favourites, I bought the same size BUT this pair have been rubbing my little toes raw since I brought them. Never had this problem before. Recommend Sizing up as for some reason they are more narrow than the normal ones. Thought they might wear in but 6 weeks later and no luck. The colour is nice but I'm going to have to give them to a friend because they are unwearable for me. Not happy.
I bought these in store after getting a job where I am walking constantly, for 8 hours a day. In retail. Most shoes for retail and just walking/standing in general, I don't like the style of. I wear Vans normally, so decided to try the comfycush and the skate pros. Trying them on in a store I could tell the skate pros would be better overall for my job. Boy was a right. My feet got way less tired than they did in the shoes I wore before this(which were pretty quality boots), and my legs were even noticeably less tired.Love that I could find a shoe that works for work that I also love the style of. I'll definitely end up buying another pair when I need to.
After getting my first pair of pro hi tops a few months ago, I loved it and wanted another pair, to my dismay they are no longer available so I ended up ordering these. The only main change I noticed was the elastic tongue straps on the side that make the tongue stick to your foot far too tightly. It didn't numb my foot or anything but I loved the feel of the pros and the way they fit regardless of the tongue. So I ended up cutting off the elastics and now they fit just like the pros. These are awesome! Wish they made more colors in the skate variants as the classic ones are way too uncomfortable.
