May 2019 saw a new collaboration between Vans and NY skate and fashion brand, Supreme, featuring an industrial-inspired print. The Supreme x Sk8-Hi Pro 'Diamond Plate Black Grey' remakes Vans' 1978 classic in a suede and canvas upper printed with a pattern inspired by slip-resistant steel plating. 'Supreme' lettering appears on the sidewall to identify the shoe. Vans' iconic red bumper logo is included on the vulcanized sole, with rubber Waffle tread underneath for grip.
