Previously my wife got rear ended, and it didn't record the impact then either! Their product is crap and I'm planning on letting social media know that fact! The camera only recorded the aftermath of the accident when I ended up on the side of the road, NOT the impact! I spent $700 for two of these cameras and they both are crap!!! IF YOU WANT A CAMERA THAT TAPES WHILE YOUR PARKED OR DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD BUT NOT WHEN YOU HAVE AN ACCIDENT? THE N4 IS YOUR CHOICE!

Works well. Take some time to go over the settings. Seems to be heat sensitive so watch fo that.
Its a great cam!!!! At first I thought it was defective, but it just doesnt work well with Samsung micro sd card!!!! Great value like new product.

I enjoyed the ease of installation, and hard wiring the unit to my car was a breeze. I always have parking mode on and motion detection on. This hasn't drained the battery for my car and I have it at the highest setting for sensitivity for the g-sensor. Night vision is included for the interior and is functions very well at night both inside the vehicle and outside. I don't really have major cons for this device besides the price since this unit works best if it was hardwired in(it be nice if it came with the kit) offers a GPS add on that should of been included but sold separately.
