Fast installation. Same day installation
Amazing service, placed order in the morning, installation done by afternoon. The installer, Dhina was friendly, polite and professional. This could be my go to shop if the quality continues to be consistent. Recommended.
Not a pleasant experience. There was an installation fee of RM10 contrary to the seller's advertisement. After installation car cannot start when car door is open. Never happened before. Installer said nothing wrong with battery but something wrong with car and to liaise with seller to solve the problem. Asked for his RM10 fee and wanted to leave. That was very irresponsible pushing the problem to the customer. I refused to pay and told him to put back the old battery as I wanted to cancel the order. I called the seller and sent a video of the ignition failure. Probably on instruction, installer opened the bonnet and readjusted the installation. After that the car can start without any problem. No apologies from installer nor seller.
overall value for money seller altho better if appointment is set earlier. Thank you again.
