Within a few days my flakiness was gone and I noticed my broken skin was healing nicely.Now I don't know if this creme will heal eczema completely only time will tell but I will continue using to see what the long term results are BUT this product does give instant calming relief from itching and irritation and that is what you're looking for when you have a flare-up.This product is pricely very reasonably as I belive I saw it for approximately $7.00 in my local grocery store. I am still really careful about the ingredients I use but I also do my own research and talk with my doctors/dermatologist to make choices that are the best for my skin. Many clean/natural products contain essential oils or other unresearched botanicals. For someone with severe hayfever and eczema, these ingredients can cause extreme irritation and worsen conditions. I’d highly recommend you try this- it isn’t heavy or greasy feeling at all. It absorbs fast and felt hydrating and protective without residue. My pic shows the amount I used for both my hands and arms but I wanted to capture that the texture isn’t overly thick or heavy.

I do not have eczema but I bought this for shingles. It helps for the first 5 minutes but after that the itch is overwhelming. I tried many products and was hoping this worked but nothing worked so I ended up foraging JewelWeed to make my own balm. My husband ended up using this on his skin and he says it works great. Hydrates the skin all day. I have started using this for body cream and it really moisturizer the skin. So while it didn’t work for the problem I originally bought it for, it ended up being a great body cream.

1% colloidal oatmeal

I have mild eczema on my hands and decided to try this because it has 1% colloidal oatmeal and no added fragrance. The consistency is much thinner than I expected; think lotion rather than cream. But you also don't need a lot to make a given area of skin feel moisturized. It smells faintly like newspaper to me, which doesn't bother me so much as make me curious what ingredient makes it smell that way.Because it feels so thin, I expect it to absorb more quickly than it does. I try to squeeze out the smallest bit but it always feels like I have a bit too much. When it doesn't sink into the skin, I find myself trying to rub it in more. My skin just seems to run its course whether I use this or not.All in all, I appreciate the 1% colloidal oatmeal (the minimum recommended for eczema/itch relief), it feels as moisturizing as anything else, it's not expensive compared to other lotions marketed for eczema, but I don't think it's actually helping my particular case/skin type any more than my regular lotion and hand cream.

I am so excited to have received a complimentary tube of the new 2 in 1 Hand Sanitizer Lotion by Vaseline to provide my honest review. I love this stuff

I've used a ton of products for my eczema, prescription and OTC, and this is the only one that works. My eczema comes and goes, so I don't use this every day. I find it can take up to a week to work on a new round of bad exzema, but it does heal the cracked, dry, itchy patches. When I first start using it on a very dry outbreak it does sting the first time or two, but the relief is worth it to me. It works, and it doesn't smell horrible. I love the price, too.

Love It

Works really well for me. I’ve had this itchy, dry eczema patch on my hand for over a year. It started off small, then covered about a third of the back of one of my hands after a few months. I’ve tried a bunch of different hand soaps and lotions, but nothing was working. Started using this lotion and noticed an improvement within a few days. A few weeks later and my patch is so much smoother, smaller, and less noticeable. Confident that it will be completely gone within the next few weeks/months. Just have to keep using consistently.

I've only been using this for a few days since I saw this in local store. I could actually tell a difference after first use. I love the smell of vanilla but if it's in hand soap it absolutely RUINS my hands. After buying this I tried the vanilla hand soap and applied this soon after. I am just in awe...will continue with this lotion on a daily basis. Great product..have two more tubes on hand. THANK YOU Vaseline!!!
