Vaseline Intensive Care Mature Skin Rejuvenation Body Lotion, 400 ml

I use Vaseline lotions on a regular basis because they absorb quickly. I am not a fan of the new packaging as lotion stays in the dispenser and has a dried up consistency when you first pump. This wastes product compared to the older style with a lid. Also the fragrance is rather strong for my liking as it can give me a migraine. I am being generous giving 4 stars as I really should have given 3 instead. I don't like the sticky residue left on my skin after application even after using a small amount.

Wow VASELINE THE VERY BEST EVER! That’s why I shouted about it! No home, dorm, apartment, or any other living area or place should do with out. Vaseline is one of the most useful formula that everyone can at sometimes or everyday can be used to manage and remove ruff dry hands! Even Welders need to take advantage of using Vaseline - Not kidding- get some good rubber gloves lattes free. Fully Cover your hands with plenty of Vaseline and by morning you will see big results. Keep using it until it shows super healing to your hands. Thank you!

great and affordable body lotion. It soaks in your skin so quick and doesn’t leave any sticky residue. It’s light yet very hydration and can be used in the morning as well as in the evening. You get a lot of product so you don’t need to go light handed and protect your skin absolutely everywhere. Have light and pleasant fragrance.

I have always loved Vaseline products. I felt it had the true essence of healing and moisturizing in their products. The first thing about this product that started me out not liking it so much was the crappy pump and cheap plastic top. It got so badly I had to finally bust the bottle open just to use the product. The lotion of course dried out somewhat due to the exposure of air and oxygen. I still continued to use it. I had washed the pump out several times and even ran a needle down through it to clean out any clogged residue. It still never worked so I had to go to extreme measures. I bought this for the soft appearance and to keep my skin younger looking. When, I put on this Mature Skin lotion, my arms/legs look hydrated and don’t dry out. I think the lotion smells nice and love how easily it soaks into the skin when it’s not dried up. I hope they change the packaging. I really do.

Awful smell

Ever since going through the menopause, my skin has been dry and itchy. I would love to give this product 5 stars because it is improving my skin, however the smell is awful. It smells like a cheap toilet cleaner - and it lingers. If the scent of the "perfume" (and why add that to a body lotion for mature skin which will probably be sensitive) was different I would happily buy it again but at the moment I'm not sure if I can put up with the smell to have smooth, itch-free skin - it really is that bad

Best lotion I have ever used!

I have always had a dry skin problem, and constantly on the search for a product that works like it says it supposed to. After all the products I have tried over the years, nothing has kept my skin, especially my legs, moisturized all day. I get ready for work in the early afternoon, and by the time I would get home from work at midnight, my legs were kind of dry again. I could not find a product that would last 12 hours, let alone 24 hours like advertised.That all changed when I discovered the 'mature skin' lotion. I'm 53, so I'm pretty sure it applied to me ;). The product went on nicely, though it does tend to remain a bit tacky/sticky for awhile afterwards. I started using this during shorts season, so it really wasn't a big deal for me. Not only is my skin moisturized for 12 hours, it is still soft when I wake up the next morning. I only have to apply this once a day, and it literally lasts 24 hours for me. I am completely impressed that someone finally developed a product that will do this. This is the only lotion I will be buying from now on. Great job. Vaseline!

Fabulous

Can’t recommend this lotion enough. I’m fussy about horrid smelly sticky greasy creams and lotions and this is simply brilliant. Easy to apply, not greasy and sticky and Perry much odourless and works wonders on my dry menopausal/ autoimmune dry skin. Highly recommend.

Mature skin rejuvenation

You just have to bring this lotion back....please! It seems every time I love a product, it gets discontinued. From my favorite vitamin drink, to makeup product, to the fabulous Vaseline Intensive Care Mature skin rejuvenation. The first time I used it ,I was completely amazed how it smoothed the "crepe paper" looking skin above my knees. I finally was not embarrassed to wear shorts. I LOVE this product . I have purchased 4 different kinds of Vaseline Intensive Care lotions, and although they're great products, they just don't do what the mature skin did for me. I was starting to think that it was magic lotion, making my skin look so beautiful, and young. It's very unfortunate that Mature skin is no longer available to purchase. What a shame.

New name? Actually the same? Or new PRODUCT?

I found it at a Walmart and bought it, but when I went back for a new one, IT was gone. I found 3 more available on Walmart.com and bought those. As I began to run out finally, I began looking and could not find the MATURE SKIN LOTION anywhere, even on line!During the time I used the MATURE SKIN LOTION, I became aware that I was not bruising on my arms, unless there was a significant bump. The fact that you changed the name would indicate that they are not the same.For easily bruised skin, the Mature Skin formula seems to be significantly better than the Aging Skin Rescue formula.I would dearly love to be able to get the Mature Skin Lotion formula again!!**The Vaseline Intensive Care Mature Skin Lotion that this review is LABELED, I would absolutely recommend - if we could find it! I would NOT especially recommend the Aging Skin Rescue that is available.

Soft and Smooth

I have been using this for 3 days now to give a really good trial and also when the girls were here got them to try it as well, so here are our findings..The moisturiser is a lovely white silky smooth liquid in a large bottle aimed at the older ladies skin, it has a very light scent to it, which is very pleasant and its rejuvenates the skin.. which is good as since going through the menopause i have found that my skin is more dry..So you only need a small blob off this as it really does go far and it contains micro droplets of vaseline jelly and is a non greasy body lotion.When i am looking for a body lotion its important to me that the product does not feel sticky to touch, after applying. I have tried various amounts on my face but still get the sticky feeling.Soon as you apply this you really can feel it cool on your face and it was a lovely feeling like its working straight away. This lasted for about 10 mins before sinking into the skin and my face really cool. I have never had a lotion that felt this good and soft on the skin.I also used it on my arms and legs and it left them really smooth and silky and also use it on my hands and it feels different to the effect it had on my face.The girls all seemed to like it and had pretty much the same review as mine, one didnt think it was sticky on the face but two did, but all said it would be great as an all round body lotion to have in. Also stated even though they also found it sticky on the faces, they would tend to wear this when they were at home all day and no makeup on, which we all agreed on.I would definatley recommend this product for the body but in my circumstances, i would not use it on the face due to the stickiness. but would be good as an general all round body lotion that has a lovely light fragrance.
