How many people have to say it? I was using the 100% pure petroleum jelly tubes for years, and now they decided to put a fragrance/aroma smell in it. Now I cannot use it, along with so many other people! New redesigned tube is a horrible flop.

I have been using Vaseline Lip Therapy original or cherry daily for 25 plus years. The product contents itself is 5 stars but the new container redesign is a horrible flop in functionality, sanitation, and general aesthetics. The old dome style could be applied from any angle and didn’t have a front and back so could easily feel it in my purse and apply without looking while driving or in the dark after climbing into bed at night as part of my routine. Now I have to look for the opening and see if there is a gob already on it. Old style had a small hole and you had to squeeze but the new style has a big opening and usually the stick on the cap pulls a gob out accidentally. I have been using Vasaline Lip Therapy for years. It is the only product that will work on my cold sores that relieve dryness, irritation, wind burnt etc. It's my saving grace. I don't know what I would do without it. I would get tiny blisters all over my lips and the original formula will help relive the irritation and after 6-7 days my cold sores will be gone. However, with this new formula... it would seem that it will heal my lip and after the 6-7 days my lip is triggered again and goes through the same cycle of the 6-7. I'm currently at 4 weeks irritation with my lips because they switch the ingredients! I finally found an old tube of the original formula and my lips are finally healing!
