We got this vacuum to use between waiting for our top of the range Dyson stick vacuums new battery to be delivered and the comparison is unbelievable! The amount of fine dust an dirt it picks up and power it has is amazing! Truely impressed for the price. This will be our regular vacuum now and our stick Dyson that was 6x the price is just for the cars. Cons obv the cord n pulling it around but can’t argue with the results.

I would have chosen 3.5 Stars if it were an option. I knew it was cheap and wasn’t expecting amazing things.. however points to consider: the handle is not very ergonomic - I find my hand gets fatigued quickly, it’s loud as all hell on the high setting (wear ear muffs), and it’s quite bulky. I used it in the car yesterday and it worked better than any other vacuum previously - so that will probably be it’s main purpose after I find something better for the house. I use the rotating brush head inside as I have pets and rugs, and the rotating upholstery head in the car - both of which seem to remove a fair amount of hair. Not amazing, not terrible.

I have been a customer with Harvey Norman for many many years and every purchase I have made I have walked out with a smile on my face and never had a problem. Recently I have purchased this vacuum cleaner and to be honest again it has not disappointed me and I love it. Anyone who decides to purchase it I would say you will not regret it

Excellent value for money. Harvey Norman were great too, they easily let me swap when original model was not available. My previous Vax worked for years and was extremely reliable. This one has longer hose so less need to move power outlets.
Both my son and I bought this model around the same time. The machine is prone to overheating which gets progressively worse with time. Filter housing also melted. We have both given up on it at same time too - less than 2 years. Glad it wasn't too expensive.
Brilliant cleaner, only one that actually does the pet hair. Unbelievable delivery time. The invoice I’m supposed to keep wasn’t on the box, its little plastic ‘envelope’ had been stuck on badly, and the invoice must have fallen out prior to wrapping and shipping, so I hope that doesn’t cause future problems. I would recommend this product, and the great service at Harvey Norman.
What an amazing little machine. Has the best assortment of attachments. Great suction and so lightweight. Love it. Picks up pet hair so easily and does a great job on both hard surfaces and carpets.
Great vacuum for the money. It has really long cords and tubes - so you are able to vacuum large spaces without having to plug into different spots. Lots of attachments, so it’s great for dusting in detail, easily reaching all the tricky spots. I like that it has a dial for changing the suctioning power. It is a bit noisy as a downside, but mainly when it’s on full power. Other than that - I am really happy with this product!
Does a great job. I love the motorised head. Picks up dog hair brilliantly. Purchased at an affordable price. I'm happy.
when I first bought this I gave it a great review, as the first couple of times it did a great job...but it is the most annoying vac ever! Possibly good for pethair but I am forever untangling and snipping my human hair off the brush, and pulling all the sections apart to see why its no longer sucking, at leat every second use. And I live alone in a small house. be warned.
