when i first bought this vacuum, i loved it. it is light, easy to use, and great on my wooden and tiled floors. but after only a few uses the tiny piece of plastic that connects the powerhead to the wand snapped. Now the head won't go straight and the best i can do is just drag it along the floor

Had one of these for cleaning the caravan and it does a great job. Ended up at home more so now buying another one. It does a great job but don’t let it fall over? !?! Sucks well enough and rotary brush head is great for the carpets and mats. For the money I can’t see a problem with them.

Bought this Vax as Choice gave good assessments of similar Tax products. It provides good service for quick cleans. It's a light duty product and needs to be treated accordingly. Head pivot construction appears to be a weak point - ie, if it's going to bear that's where it will break first. Overall a good little product if treated with care.

I was very happy with this purchase. I was sceptical because everyone recommends the Dyson but we couldn’t justify the money. We thought we’d give it a go considering it was only $139 on sale. I could not be happier. It picks up absolutely everything! Battery life is good. It nearly does my whole 3 bedroom house. The handheld part is amazing and picks up all that wet baby food that ends up on the ground! It’s really easy to clean and pull apart if you need to. I love that the brush roller head can come out so you can remove all that hair rather than chopping it out. The suction is great and you can also put it on turbo speed to suck up more. I could not recommend this product enough.
Reasonable vacuum for the price. Will see how it goes but lasts a while and also charges well. Cold use more attachments, crevice tool is sometimes too small for use. Vacuum doesn't work as well when motor brush isn't in or activated, so consider this when buying if you are planning on using the brush. Reaches to an extent under things but definitely gets stuck as well.
Great little vacuum. Good power and suction, great battery run time. The bad design fault is the universal joint, it is poorly designed and snaps, however, this is easily fixed with some duct tape. Of course, you have to maintain the filters and head, the cleaning is very easy, and dumping waste is a breeze. Why on earth would you pay over $300 for a stick vacuum when this one is every bit as good? Handle with care and this product will satisfy you for ages. After trialing many stick vacs we now have two of these, they are hands down simply better value for money.
I bought this for the caravan, and it is perfect for the job. I like the fact that you don't have to keep your finger on the button to operate it (as with my cordless Dyson), and the crevice tool is neatly stored in the handle to avoid losing it. For the price, it does a great job
This vacuum is rubbish! Even on turbo it only pushes the dirt into a pile to be swept up by dust pan & broom. No suck what so ever! Can't get the filer section open, I think is glued shut. Never again!

brought it about 9 mths ago it was us mainly on tiles and only as a quick tidy up vacc as we have a Dyson for heavy work. after a few quick uses it seemed fine until my Wife used it to clean a small spill or sugar and the foot just fell apart. it snapped at the pivot point were it is only held by 2 very small pieces of plastic. Took it back to Harvey Norman were it was brought only to be told because it was a break it wasn't covered by the 2 yr warranty. now its a unusable piece of rubbish after less than 20 outings with no more than a few mins a time.
