Raised beds keep the pets out. Adding copper tape to the legs keeps the slugs and snails out. The individual 'cells' stops the mint from taking over. I have put perennial herbs at the back and annual ones at the front. Product arrived a full week earlier than the estimate. Easy to assemble.

I bought this as my wife wanted to grow herbs but needed to do so at a raised level. The trug comes in pieces, but is easy to assemble and is actually very robust once you've added the supports etc. It really looks the part and the herbs are already growing really well. This was the same item I had seen at a local garden centre but much cheaper from Robert Dyas.
I am so glad I purchased this raised herb box. It went together quickly and it looks fantastic in the garden. If you love growing herbs this is a great way to do it. All in one place. There is a shelf at bottom of the unit to keep other garden items on too.
I tried to buy this trug In my local garden centre but it was out of stock. I found it online £20 cheaper & with free delivery. Ordering was straightforward, delivery was very quick. The trug is a perfect size, an easy height to manage and looks attractive too. I’m really pleased with it.
Very functional. Easy to assemble and reasonably sturdy. Not sure how durable the (canvas) planter cell liners are. Some of the planter box dividers were too short to snugly fit into the slots on the box's sides (suspect because the timber of the long sides had warped slightly).
Easy to assemble and feed sturdy once put together. Good size partitions for herbs and small vegetables.
Herb garden is not bad but quite flimsy and timber is not that good a quality and some of the dividers don’t fit correctly. If I could have seen the product in store (I clicked & collected due to COVID) I probably would not have purchased this product, would have gone for something cheaper, it was around the $200 mark. The little bags for each compartment were a good idea as the bottom of each compartment is not solid timber.
Love it! All planted up with herbs, easy assembly instructions, did it as one person with an electric drill for the screws, on advice of other reviews I stapled in the liner bags. I think its a great size, was worried about the trough soil drying out quickly but it hasn't been a problem. I have it outside my front door and use the shelf for my food waste bin. I was just disappointed that one screw hard to go over a knot in the wood and caused it to split - its on my to do list to contact RD about it, reminded by the request for a review!
