Great quality but a bit narrow

I was deciding between these and the v10. These have a thicker sole and wider toe box. I like the material. In the end I chose the v10.

Perfect everyday trainer. Clean look and I appreciate the B corp credentials at Veja. Fits true to size when comparing against a running shoe. Zero complaints. Feels like good quality.

Really excellent pair of trainers, great understated design and nicely contoured , not overly bothered about the eco side of things which I know is a Veja thing however I’ll probably still be wearing them in years to come so that’s a box tic for them and the planet, also delivery first rate, I’ll also keep checking in on this retailer as seems to be up there with the best 👍

These Veja low tops are true to size and are a great fit to go with red white & blue. I discovered this brand in Paris and was thrilled to find them on the Bloomingdale's website.

I read a lot of reviews regarding these shoes but wanted to give it a try as a birthday gift to my husband (He likes orange color, and these looked so good in the pumpkin color in photos!). He wears 9.5 all across the board, almost no exception. For this Veja V-12, I had to choose 43, as the 42.5 (for US 9.5) wasn't an option. However the shoes were too long. They also felt heavy. And like a few other reviews (on other websites) said, the tongue is ridiculously long and it cuts into the ankle area. My husband said they also felt strange at the sole - too low in the heel area and uneven. Overall we were disappointed. If the shoes fit, I think they can still look cute. (They look a bit vintage-ish, more than on the photos.)

The trainers themselves are great and are very stylish. They did arrive with a slight mark on which is shame and customer service isn’t great. Overall, got them for a great price and would recommend.

Nice looking shoes. Very clean look with a splash of colour. Had a little quality issue on the tongue of one shoe. One small section missing some glue but you would need to look close up to notice. Gap may expand if not re-glued. Tongue is longer than usual and stiff. Would need to be broken in to get comfortable...it presses against the front part of your ankle. Fit seems to run true.
