Comfortable and [for me] ran true to size
I love these Vejas! I waited forever because they were constantly selling out as soon as they were restocked. My size in shoes that require socks is usually about a US women's 8 (Vans are a bit big at an 8, but I wear them with thick socks often.) I know a lot of people say to size down for these, but the official Vejas site said an 8 was a 39 and that's what I ordered. they're a little big but not enough to go to a 38. The official Vejas site sells a 38.5 but Nordstrom does not. I find that they're comfy and I have no issues with blisters or hotspots. Soludos never give me blisters but often create hotspots. These are much wider than the Soludos and are far more comfortable. Highly recommend.... Show more

Just Pull the Plug and Get the Sneaker!
I kept seeing these sneakers on people and they always caught my eye, as they are versatile - I would see people wear them with sweats and then with trousers. I'll be honest, I was being a little tight and did not want to spend the money on them. I've bought designer sneakers before and they have always been a disappointment in comfort. While these are not designer priced, they are not cheap, so I caved in and bought them. As soon as I wore them for a whole day, I regretted the fact I had not caved in sooner. These sneakers are super comfortable, stylish, and can be dressed up or down. I have been wearing them non-stop and have already used my money's worth. I just bought another pair so I could rotate them. They won't disappoint!... Show more

Love these! ran big
I love the look of the Veja Campo sneakers and have been wanting them in white with black for awhile so after reading tons of reviews I finally ordered them. I have an average to narrow foot and wear a size 7 in most shoes so I ordered the size 37 and 38 since I was not sure what size would fit me best. I ended up keeping the 37/6. Although the 37 felt a tad small the 38 was definitely too big. Unfortunately they don't make half sizes because a 37.5 would've been perfect but once I wore them around for a day they actually feel perfectly fine and are very comfortable. No issues with the tongue either, I found it to be very soft so I do think they have changed it since older reviews complained it was stiff and uncomfortable. I do always wear thin footies which I think ... I do always wear thin footies which I think helps especially if the sneakers feel a bit small since footies hold your foot so it doesn't spread out as much if that makes sense, I noticed the shoes felt better and roomier with thin footies than without. I would recommend sizing down especially if you are a half size.. Veja Campo are great looking sneakers, I highly recommend!... Show more

Love the shoes, hate the sizing
I first purchased the Veja Esplar in a size 39 (8). The length was good but my heel slipped up and down when I walked. Awkward fit, so I ordered the Campo in a size 39. My left foot is slightly larger than my right, andmy left toe was touching the end of the left shoe. I returned the size 39 and purchased the 40 (9) (I am typically an 8.5 medium). The size 40 is huge on both of my feet. I have a pair of GG size 39 and they’re perfect. Sadly, these will also be going back. I wish they made these in half sizes.... Show more

Over-priced, uncomfortable, but still cute
I've wanted these for awhile, finally decided on the campos over the Esplars because the esplars are basically cheap keds with a fancy name. The campos are more cushioned but that's about it. They are stiff, no arch support and you need to wear socks that protect your ankles from the tongue. I'm still keeping them as I'm mostly wearing them to sit and watch volleyball tournaments, but I would not wear them if I was walking all day. They're still cute enough to keep, but if you're on the fence because of price, maybe get Adidas Sambas instead.... Show more

Perfect premium white sneaker
These are amazing! I’m a 6.5-7 in sneakers and ordered a 37; the fit is perfect. The almond color is very neutral (not as brown/warm as shown in the picture) and can be worn with any outfit. They are premium enough to be worn with trousers for work, or casual with a cute sundress, jeans, or with leggings to the airport. The versatility and style make them worth the price for me. I was debating between Veja Campos and Stan Smiths, but I’m so glad I went with the Vejas. They are more unique, can be dressed up, and are pretty comfortable. Stiff but comfortable. Get yourself a pair!... Show more

Really comfy but laces snapped after 1st wear
These are super comfy trainers that look great, I wore them straight out of the box around London for a day and my feet loved them. The only issue was when I went to put them on the following day, one of the laces snapped. When I took them back, the sales assistant knew instantly what the problem was & told me that this is a regular issue with these trainers that has been reported to Veja.Veja - please sort the quality of the laces out as these trainers are on the higher end price wise and are currently not sustainable.I have another pair to try as they didn't have laces to swap out for them. Hoping this doesn't happen again.I've ticked yes to recommend for comfort but only if the laces last.... Show more

Stylish
It's hard to answer the question whether it runs true to size. I think the Veja size chart is a bit off because a EU 35 usually translates to a US5 (Veja size chart says it's a US4) but it fits like a US 5 on me. My feet are actually a US 4 to 4.5 so these are about a 1/2 to 1 size too big for me which I was expecting. I will be putting a cushioning insole in them to make them smaller (as that's what I always have to do) and more comfy. They are stiff and not flexible right out of the box , like they don't conform or mold to your feet. ie. no shape to them. The insole isn't cushiony but they're not uncomfortable. I wore them around the house for a day to break them in. I'm sure once the leather softens it'll mold to my feet better. Honestly I bought them just ... Honestly I bought them just because they're an environmentally friendly company and it's all the rage now but the quality doesn't appear to be any better than a pair of Stan Smiths which would probably cost half as much. Altitude sports is great for carrying inclusive sizes. I hope that'll never change. Most stores like REI or Sporting Life start at a size 6.... Show more

Stylish and cute but expensive and not for walking
I have been looking for a stylish, versatile, low profile white sneaker for awhile now to replace a worn pair I have. Given the price I did my research and read many reviews - my biggest concern going in was that several noted they are a bit stiff at first but break in quickly and my feet are on the wide side. My friend has this exact sneaker and raved about them, so I finally gave in and purchased them as a birthday gift to myself. I’m not a big fan of ‘breaking in’ shoes, but thought these just might be worth it. Sadly they are not. They are cute on and go with so much, but after wearing them for several months now I have noticed my feet (arches) and back hurting if I walk any appreciable distance in them. These shoes are great!!!
So, I had read numerous reviews of these shoes before giving them a try. I wanted these to work so badly (and they did !!) because I just love the look of these. And, I honestly didn't know what to expect because of so many mixed reviews from different websites. I was expecting the fit and feel to be stiff. I own several pairs of Golden Goose, so I was expecting the fit to be something like that. But, these are actually way softer and more comfortable than all of my Golden Goose shoes. I love these Vejas and I am so happy I decided to give them a try. I honestly would get these in more colors. The sizing seems to be pretty spot on. I got the 37, I usually wear between a US 7 and 7.5. Very very happy with my purchase!... Show more
