I needed something to hold a backround on my aquarium and thought this product would work since it is waterproof and extremely strong so I ordered it and it work just fine. You will be pleased with how many things you can do with this product.
I thought this would stick to fabric better than normal Velcro but it lasted about the same time as the super strength Velcro before it detached from the fabric and stayed attached to the Velcro hook (or the loop). The problem with Velcro is that the Velcro is always stronger than the adhesive used to attach it so it never stays on both pieces of fabric for very long. So I'd say depending on what you're using it for it could be ok or it could be useless, so probably best to sew it on and not even attempt to trust the adhesive

I use mine to secure my plastic cup holders in my console.So many times removing coffee tumblers and the cup holders come up attached to them.Clean the surfaces with some sort of cleaner,let dry then peel and stick the velcro .I'm sure they have many other uses as well.
