Venum Elite Boxing Gloves - Khaki/Black

They look very good as regards the leather quality and impact absorption. They seem tailor made.I cannot say anything about the duration which remains to be verified. The only downside, for now, is that, having a very tight fit on the hands, especially with wraps, it is a bit difficult to put them on.

Comfortable and Packs a Good Punch

My husband absolutely loves these boxing gloves. He purchased some boxing gloves for our two small boys and a punching bag. So, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to give these a try. He said they are comfortable while packing a good punch, durable, and well made. I tried a few punches myself and I have to say, I think I might do it a little more often. I was able to feel what my husband meant by "comfortable." There wasn't any discomfort or tenderness after punching the bag several times. Obviously, my hands are smaller than the gloves. But, they are well protected in them. Great product! You will love them!

Comfortable and well made

I got the Venum Elite Boxing Gloves Matte/Black. The design is definitely very cool. It comes in all sorts of colors and sizes, making shopping lots of fun. I got the 14 ounce and it is perfect for me. There is a sizing chart for those of you who is unsure of which one to choose. According to the Venum boxing glove sizing chart, 121 to 150 lbs ( 55 to 68kg) should choose a 12 to 14 ounce glove, and a person between 151 to 180 lbs (69 to 82 kg) should choose a 14 to 16 ounce glove. Choosing the correct size glove is very important in improving your training / workout. Also for safety purposes as well. I am sure many people can appreciate products that are fully handmade. Handmade products are usually a little more expensive, but I believe it is worth the price. The stitching and quality of the leather really shows. The Venum Elite Boxing Gloves is definitely made well and I feel like the material and design helps it breathe and cool without sacrificing the padding. They fit well and has great designs.

Great Gloves!

I received the Venum Elite Boxing Gloves and I’m loving them. The boxing gloves are premium skintex leather construction. The gloves feel good on the hand because of triple density foam. Reinforced palm for maximum impact absorption. My hands felt good in the gloves. After throwing some punches for a few workouts, I didn’t have any bruises on my knuckles or hands. In the past with different gloves, I had many bruises because of not enough padding. I wasn’t sure what size to order, but I’m glad I got the 16oz. Another great thing about these gloves is they are a handmaid in Thailand. Handmade seems to help with boxing gloves. The gloves weigh about 5lbs. The ventilated mesh is great for less likely to have smelly gloves. You can add a little baking soda if you do ... MoreI received the Venum Elite Boxing Gloves and I’m loving them. I like that these gloves keep my wrist stabilized and in a safe position. The black on black gloves looks very sleek. I would recommend these Venum Elite Boxing Gloves to anyone who wants a decent boxing glove for a reasonable price. You won’t regret your purchase.

Great gloves!

I recently received the “Venum Elite Boxing Gloves” and they are pretty awesome! These boxing gloves are made from 100% Skintex leather which feels great! There is enough padding in these gloves which is great for your hands after a rigorous workout. I hate when boxing gloves have zero padding and then your hands are super sore afterwards. These gloves are very lightweight too which is great for when you want to move fast. I loved the little holes on the sides because it lets the heat escape so you aren’t stuck with gross sweaty hands. I’ve also noticed that these gloves don’t stink after constantly using them which is a BIG plus, especially when you have teenaged boys using these gloves! I make sure they spray the insides out with a good disinfectant spray and it’s ... MoreI recently received the “Venum Elite Boxing Gloves” and they are pretty awesome! The look of these gloves is pretty cool too! We’ve gotten lots of compliments on them in the gym. These gloves are very comfortable on my hands and fit perfectly! I feel like these were made very well and will last for a long time! Get these gloves!

High quality gloves.

I'm really just a beginner, but after having some issues with gloves from the gym, I know enough to realize that I needed my own gloves. My hands are pretty thick and the size of this glove works well for my height, weight, and size of my right hand. They're comfortable for me to wear and they seem really durable and the leather covering is really high quality. The palms are reinforced which helps me to keep a tight fist and to hit firmly. Also, seeing as how I like the hair on my arms not getting pulled out over and over, I appreciate the wider cuffs, too. The padding is fine for practicing in the ring or on the bags. Plus, the foam is really dense, so it takes a lot of pressure off my hands, no matter how hard I punch. I appreciate the Velcro fastening, which means I can easily put them on myself, and test out wearing tighter or looser gloves without it being a big deal. Also, I think that they look pretty cool, too. So, for me at this stage, these are really working well and it looks like they will last me for a long time.

Look and feel great

The Venum Elite Boxing Gloves look and feel amazing!!! These gloves are very stylish with a cool and sleek look. They are very comfortable as well. I can’t imagine a boxer or boxing enthusiast not liking these gloves. They look tough, yet modern and expensive. These boxing gloves are fully handmade in Thailand with 100% semi leather. It looks like semi leather as far as I have read is semi-aniline leather, leather which is only slightly pigmented (colour layer). The natural leather grain and the hair pores are not allowed to be concealed by the pigmentation. Research this as well, but I am pretty sure that’s what semi leather means. These look and feel very durable. These contain triple density foam which balances the shock when fighting without stressing your arms. ... MoreThe Venum Elite Boxing Gloves look and feel amazing!!! The cuffs on these boxing gloves are long in order to protect your wrists. I have boxed around with these gloves and they really feel comfortable and great. They protect your hands and pack a huge punch. I would definitely recommend these to anyone from beginner to more advanced. I am a beginner and these seem really nice, protective, and functional.

Newbie

I am new to this type of sport. I am using it more for a workout than I am a sport. These gloves fit my hand nicely. While using on the heavy bag they seem to provide the proper amount of protection to my fist and wrist. I am pleased with the amount of comfort I have with gloves compared to the thin ones I was using prior to getting these. The materials seem to be of great quality, coloring is great, I found no flaws with the overall structure of the gloves. I am pleased and feel like I have gotten a great set of gloves for my first set.

Way better than I expected!

The feel of these gloves is way nicer than I thought it would be. The material isn’t leather but it’s got a smooth clean feel to it. It doesn’t catch on skin or bags which is really nice for a faux leather. They fit very well, size corresponded with my regular glove size. They wrap tight at the wrist and have great ventilation to minimize sweat, which is my favorite feature. I’ll be ordering other products from this company. I’d also recommend these for both beginners and mid experienced users. Good product at a very fair price. Oh! And they’re really attractive!

Wow

I am excited to review the Venum Elite Boxing Gloves because they are the best boxing gloves I've ever used. First of all I've been into boxing for years and used many different kinds of boxing gloves and what I like about these the most is how comfortable they are. They fit like a glove ( no pun intended ). They are very easy to get on and off but feel very secure when they are on. They are ultra soft on the inside, very smooth on the outside and I really like the two tone black look of them. They are definitely better looking than most boxing gloves. I like the 14oz weight better than some of the lighter and heavier boxing gloves I have used. 14oz just feels like the right weight for boxing to me. I am a 5'6" , 175 lb, athletic woman if that tells you anything ... MoreI am excited to review the Venum Elite Boxing Gloves because they are the best boxing gloves I've ever used. They are amazing and I'm so excited to use them more.
