I agree with the other reviewer. The negative review on these discs seems out of place. Yes I have had issues where may dvd's didn't burn correctly but that has been from hardware issues more than from discs defects. When I use these on a dvd 8 disc duplicator, they come out perfect every time.

The Verbatim DVDs work perfectly in our DVD duplicator and our Everest DVD printer.
Package arrived expediently- before its targeted delivery date. Unfortunately, the 50 DVD-Rs are unusable as they are not printable on an ink jet printer. (for Laser printers). So I will have to re-order.
I've picked it up instead of other brand's thermal printable DVDs which I used before and used to pay double. Prints very well, no customer complains so far.
Works great in a Rimage 8200N and Prism III thermal printer
The other reviewer here is either 1. A spokesman for that other disc company (most likely) or 2. A total loser who doesnt know how to properly burn dirrerent types of discs.
These Verbatim DVDs work great with our Teac P-55 printer and with our burner towers with zero failures. You can't go wrong with Verbatim discs.
I would have given this a 0 egg if allowed, worthless... I am sticking to Taiyo Yuden for thermal printing discs from now on and hope Newegg will start to stock the white along with silver ones in DVD-R... This is what I get for straying away I guess :(
