Verbatim Multimedia Headset with Microphone

I selected the headset based on price as it was for simple voice recording. my child has enjoyed using them and I have anchored the lead by the heavy section, so if she gets up and walks off with headset still on, the smaller individual mic and phones wires are less likely damaged. tried them myself, watching youtube and pleasantly surprised by tone and volume.

Amazing for the price

This is a dual jack headphone, so more for old style laptops or PC's with audio/mic jacks. The sound is good for the price, I've had mine 3 years and it's only just now starting to go, but it still works. I got a Logitech before that, and it barely lasted six months so I'm well pleased with this. Only issue is that I'm lately having issues with the mic jack in windows 10, it's not recognising the line in after the update, though this is a Win 10/comp problem, not the headphones. I find Win10 is really tempremental with audio, so keep that in mind.

i bought this a few hours ago thinking i can use it on my gaming console and laptop. IF YOU ARE BUYING IT FOR THOSE REASONS DO NOT . i wasted money on it and cant refund it because box is broken

Beware: requires two headphone jacks to work

The pictures don't show that you need to 3.5mm plugs to use it, so contrary to the description it is NOT suitable for most/all notebook computers. The separate audio/microphone plugs are clearly shown on the box, but not in the online pics. Decide for yourself if the description is ambiguous.

Broke after a month

It seems to use the thinnest wires possible for the headphone and microphone jacks. These wires broke after 1 month of use. Would not recommend

No sound whatsoever

In need of some inexpensive headphones to see me through until my better replacement ones turn up but they don't work. No sound coming through them at all from either my own or work phone, or my laptop. A complete waste of time and money.

Not recommended

I purchased this as I work from home 2-3 days per week. Purpose was to use on my phone and laptop for meetings. The microphone doesn't work, the sound in the headphones were sufficient.

Pleasantly surprised

I wasnt expecting much when I bought this but was quite surprised at the quality. I did need to buy a splitter though so I could use it for my laptop and phone. Very comfortable on the head, good mic and good quality sound.
