All of the Standard and Wide blades to suit the Veritas Small Plow Plane are A2 tool steel. This steel is easy to sharpen, and the blades are available for either the left or right planes. These blades are set in the Plow Plane at a 45° angle, and are lapped ready for use. The usual honing is recommended before use, as with any other Veritas blade. This blade suits a left Plow Plane and is 4mm wide. Made in Canada.
