I am a first time gym goer and versa grips user, my boyfriend got me in to both and when I ordered his I decided to get a pair for myself to save my hands since I was going to the gym more frequently. I'm so glad I did! At first it was weird and kind of hard for me to use them but honestly now I can't work out without them. They really do help me lift more and I have more controlled movements, I can feel the difference, I really love them! Also shout out to Oliver again, he helped me change the colors on these ones too and emailed me back so fast and was just so helpful throughout this entire process! Thank you Oliver and Versa Gripps!

I did not realize my wrist were this small but apparently they are. I just barely fit the small. I’m 18M 170lbs 5’8 and was confident that an extra small would be too small. I was wrong. I’ve always known I’ve had skinny wrists my whole life but never realized just how small. Take the time to measure your wrists before making your purchase. Mine just about fit when as tight as possible. Other than that they work great. Just might want to use a little chalk to help with grip.

I had been suffering through pulling exercises for months when I decided it was time to take a solid 8 weeks off from all pulling movements. My first pull workout back I aggravated the injury again and had to take more time off. That's when I ordered the The Classic's to see if they would help. I'm extremely happy to report that after 4 weeks of training with these that my elbows have recovered to about 98% and I'm left with virtually no pain after my pull days. I am not a health professional or certified trainer but I highly recommend these if you're suffering from elbow pain due to joint/ligament stress!

I bought these after loosing my previous set. They are great gripps, but my previous ones were the Pro version. I would suggest going ahead and getting the Pro only because the black stap on the Classic is a bit slick in comparison and doesn't grip quite as well.
Always used straps or chalk. Straps are painful to use and chalk is messy. Came across these straps watching some Ryan Humistan videos. I’ve been using them for about 1.5 weeks now and I’m very happy with my pendlay rows and deadlifts. I can focus on the lifts now without worrying about my grips.
I ordered Versa Gripps after they were recommended enthusiastically by Dr. Mike Israetel of Renaissance Periodization in several of his videos. They work great! I have a home gym, so I wasn't going to use chalk, and didn't want to mess with straps. My grip was fatiguing faster than my back in deadlifts and rowing, and Versa Gripps made it a non-issue.I was very impressed, so I got a pair for my daughter for Christmas. Great product!
Really love the way this product works, not having grip strength be the limiting factor in back exercises has really helped me lock in the connection between my mind and my back muscles. Having tried the product now I might have preferred the extra strap length of the pro but that was my error and not a knock on the product. Overall great stuff
I am a huge fan of the classic versa gripps! I’m getting lat and rhomboid activation that I have never felt before. Even with straps, my forearms would fatigue and subsequently my hands would go numb because they were so tight. With the versa gripps, I get solid connection to the bar for ALL my pulling motions, lighting my back on fire! They have also helped me on glute/ham day for pulling exercises such as RDLs and sumo DLs. I no longer have to worry about my forearms fatiguing or my hands slipping half way through a set. Thank you!!!!!!!
I ordered these specifically for my deadlift as my hands tend to get sweaty and lose grip from the bar. When I received the grips I was ecstatic, until I used them. The wrist straps actually ended up bruising the inside of my wrists and although it helped a bit with my grip, my hands still slipped from the product fairly easily. I’m willing to admit that the slipping might be a fault of my sweaty hands and that I need to use chalk in tandem with the grips, but the soreness the grips caused my wrists was unexpected and unwelcome. Before jumping to conclusions, yes I was aware of the proper usage of the grips and the proper way to wear them and I followed the instructions included with the packaging. Really enjoy these grips. I was skeptical at first given the relatively high price but they are worth every penny. They are extremely easy to take on and off. They wrap quickly and easily around any bar, provide exceptional grip and the release is just letting go of the bar. Don't have to sit there and make three wraps around a bar with one hand like traditional grips/wraps. They're great to wear around the gym because the grip can flip around to the back side of your hand when you're not using them and don't get in the way. Great product.
