Versace Versense by Gianni Versace EDT Spray 1 oz

First of all, I am sort of biased when it comes to citrus and Versace, because I feel they are one of the only houses to properly blend citrus so it stands out. With that being said, I love smelling green! This reminds me of sitting in the sun by the salty sea, drinking a lemon lime seltzer. Very refreshing, but also earthy and sweet. The only thing that I feel should not be in this scent is the cardamom...it is trying to fight the citrus and the musk. Perhaps a fennel or pure anise note would have been better as they wouldn't clash so much with the citrus, they'd work with it. However, I am very sensitive to cardamom in foods as well, it is just an adverse sensory experience for me. However, once more depending on the temperature of the day, the cardamom can overpower the sandalwood note, so it can be abrasive to the nose - I find this usually happens on cooler days waring this. However on warmer days, I smell fig, musk and sandalwood after it all settles down. If you do not like green scents, do not buy. I don't think this is a safe blind buy, but I did as I love Versace and I love green scents.

The fragrance opens with notes of tangy green mandarin, lemony bergamot and the aromatic warmth of fig zest. Witch I love!!! The perfume’s middle notes include sea lily, floral jasmine petals and peppery cardamom. Rounding out the scent are the woody and earthy notes of cedar wood, olive wood, sandalwood and musk makes perfum last orety long, but not all day!! This perfume reminds me summer and wind breeze :)

I got this fragrance for 19.99 at my local shoppers which makes it quite an affordable find which is part of the reason why I gave it a 4 star rating. In this fragrance you’ll find clean notes, citrus accompanied by herbal woody notes. It’s clean and refreshing. It’s a green scent that represent the elegance of Italian scents. The notes of this fragrance are well balanced which makes it lovely fragrance for every day wear. I see him more during the day, but I think in the evening it is not lost either. A good example of a branded scent, it has a quality feel and a decent, non-flat sound. So far, Vercens is my favorite among citrus green fragrances! I highly recommend to lovers of goodness!

In my opinion, this is one of the best citrus freshies on the market. It's been made for women, but I think that it can be worn by everybody. Versace Versense is a blend of zesty citrus fruits, fresh white florals and warm woody accords spiced with a hint of cardamom. It works great in the heat. The longevity on my skin is moderate, about 4-5 hours, with nice projection for the first 2 hours. Worth checking out if you're a fan of Chance Eau Fraiche (EdT). It gives me the same vibe and is much more affordable than Chanel. The bottle with bright, green "juice" inside is aesthetically pleasing.

This is a super classy fragrance that is best to be worn during the spring and summer months. Its clean, refreshing and green.. the bottle definitely captures the essence of this scent. To my nose, the prominent notes are citrus, jasmine, narcissus, and then you get some spice from the sandalwood and cardamom. The fig, although listed in the notes does not stand out to me as much. I think it is a very well balanced scent as it is not overly floral or sweet. Although a women's fragrance, it could be unisex. Lasts around 6 hours on my skin and projection is pretty good. I gifted a bottle to my sister who is very picky with scents and she absolutely adored it. I recommend this fragrance.

The Versace Versense Women Eau De Toilette is a unique, high-end Italian style scent with intense floral and sweet and light tones and is my favorite aroma for the spring/summer seasons. I use it every day, and it will last me for a while. I purchased more of the product as Christmas presents for my friends and family members and received so much positive feedback and appreciation. I would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely beautiful perfume; not sharp citrus, but gentle citrussy goodness with olive leaf & light, golden woods - this is perfect, not top strong; 3 - 4 sprays in the a.m & reapply after lunch, to last all day. If it catches on your shirt/blazer, that evening you will smell the drydown on your clothes & realise how sophisticated & beautiful it smells. I don't generally like Versace fashion/perfumes, so slept on this - but I wish I had started using it years ago - so much better than all citrus, this is the Mediterranean in a bottle - a 'white linen shirt that goes with anything perfume' - you cd wear this daily or it is even sexy enough to wear for a glamorous evening even - if you don't want to wear something that is 'too much.' Does not smell the same at all

Ingot this last night and was so excited to put it on this morning, only to find out it smells NOTHING like the real thing. I just finished a bottle of this Versace Versense that I got from another retailer and it smelled spoo good. I was excited to find it here on MyPerfumeShop but this one smells nothing like the one I had. Idk if I got an old bottle or what but I wish I could return it. It almost smells like you sprayed water on you. No smell or anything. Very disappointed 😞
