Sickest attachment sickest bench, works a treat I’m 6 foot 4 and this ain’t moving,
If you want to do decline situps and bench you definately need this attachment for your bench.
This is such an excellent bench, one of the best I've ever come across. It is made of excellent sturdy material, has multiple angles which suits my training needs. There are only two tiny flaws in the design: 1) the adjustable seat to make 'no gap' squashes up to the large pad. This will increase the wear & tear. 2) the FID attachment is a little troublesome to get in & out of the space. Otherwise this product is flawless.
Well built and versatile
