I help out at Olinda Rabbit Orphanage as a volunteer and the buns down there really love this stuff. We distract them with their Vetafarm Origins treat and place the bowl up one end so we can clean up the other end of their enclosure (its hard to clean with a bunny hopping around moving everything), then do the same at the other end to distract them yet again. On a personal note, my bunny Jazz was a rescue from Olinda Rabbit Orphanage, and she LOVES this stuff! Even though it states that it is a complete food, I tend to give it to her only as a treat along with an abundance of fresh oaten hay, kale, bok choy and a little carrot but only as a treat as it has too much sugar. You should see her hop in from her day of frolicking in the courtyard eating my succulents and ... MoreI help out at Olinda Rabbit Orphanage as a volunteer and the buns down there really love this stuff. My bun loves Origins Rabbit Food.Although a bunnies diet should mainly consist of oaten hay and fresh greens, kale, bok choy etc (no iceberg lettuce). When she is frolicking in her cat proofed courtyard, the only thing that will get her to come in is hearing the bag rattle of Vetafarm Origins Rabbit Food.We only give it to her as a treat and she loves it. It's much better than some of the high sugar supermarket treats with too much sugar, dried fruit etc.

Our dwarf rabbit loves this food. He has some health issues and is a fussy eater but he doesn’t have envy issues with this mix. He literally pushes my hand out of the way when I fill his dish. He has also gained weight which is excellent. I feed a mix of the pellets and fresh fruit and veg veggies. He hates hay and isn’t a fan of the rabbit mixes that have grain in them.
With two very different rabbits to feed I use a variety of pellets & hays to supplement their mainly grass & herb diets. This pellet is a staple in our household. Large bag lasts a really long time, the food smells fresh & tasty and the bunnies always get stuck right in when their feed bowls are sprinkled with this pellet
These are good quality pellets and very affordable. I suspect it is cheaper than Oxbow as it is made in Australia and because it is not made with timothy hay which is a bit pricier and not because it is an inferior product. My 3 bunnies, including an older bun, all do well on these pellets and get so excited for them! They gobble these down as if they were treats! My only complaint is that this 6kg bag does not have the resealable zip like the smaller size bags. So make sure to have a tub ready for these pellets to be stored in.
I've been using these pellets for close to two years now. I think I'd have a melt down if for some reason they stopped making it. My bunny was having gut issues from grocery store and other cheaply made pellets. My sister started using this brand for her bunny and she noticed a huge change in her bunnys fur very quickly so she recommended them to me. So glad I did. First of all the pellets having a wonderful pleasant smell to them. Good quality pellets not cheap fillers. My bunny immediately took to them I haven't looked back. His not as moody from getting a sore tummy has good size stools and his fur is back to looking amazing beautiful soft cashmere. Try this brand. It is worth it.
These pellets are one of the only ones my fussy little bunnies will eat. They love these pellets! The 6kg bag is great value for money too.
My bunnies love this product, I've always used it and will continue to do so. Also love Pet Circle's team, you won't believe how many times I've needed their help and that's in a week on first order...I made two mistakes and they rectified them both, without question.💖
Excellent size bag. This food is very popular with my rabbits and guinea pig and is truly 'value for money'. We love it.Would be even better if it had a resealable opening. Thanks for such a good product at a reasonable price.
