While I love the mixer. The crate had been opened when we received it and the plastic back vent cover was broken. We are awaiting a new one but it may be awhile they said? Also you cannot buy an extra bowl or any implements. The implements are a lighter gauge aluminum than say thunderbird or Hobart you may be used to so we were worried about it breaking in a commercial setting. Would recommend this for avid home bakers or small backup mixer for pastry

Amazing machine with lots of power, packaged very well in a wood crate with foam inserts. Very easy to use, with lots of safety features. The timer is also a great feature.
