This is an impressive piece of equipment. It does an exceptional cleaning job and is relatively quiet for an ultrasonic cleaner. The heating element leaves a bit to be desired, but I always fill the tank with hot water and solution, so that's not an issue in my clock shop. It does the job. For the price, I can definitely recommend this ultrasonic cleaner. BTW, great customer service and fast delivery!

This ultrasonic cleans great! The power cleans twice as fast as my old unit that I replaced. There are only a few minor items I wish they would change. First is the annoying beep that happens when you push any of the buttons. It is very loud and I wish I could turn it off. The lid has a depressed part in the center and a strap to lift the lid. For my own purpose I wish the lid was flat without the depression. Even so, the strap across to pick up the lid is thin and sharp. It feels like it will cut me, so I don't use it. The last thing I would wish for is a button to convert the temperature from C to F. These are all minor issues considering the value of the ultrasonic, which I am very pleased with overall snd have already recommended to others.

Only issues I have are that the heat is very slow, and it shuts off after a clean. I'd love for the heater to remain on after a cleaning cycle, so I could just keep it going in the shop without a thought while working. But I assume this is for safety or some such. It's easy enough to just hit the button and turn the heater back on; it's just a step I'd prefer to avoid. Also, it's a bit loud, but only because the lid is thin aluminium and rattles on the top while cleaning.
