I love the wagon itself but it smells really bad out of the box, the instructions for putting it together are awful, there are defective parts with no way to report this and I'mnot confident the wheels will last very long.It has a very strong chemical smell. I'm planning to put it in the sun for a day or 2 and that should help. Not a big part of the decreased review.The pictures for the directions are poor quality and it is not completely evident how the bolts should be put on or where the washers should go. I put mine together based on safety for thee children i will be transporting in the wagon.One of the straps to hold the cover on is missing the velcro on the end and one of my bolts arrived defective. The push bar is so nice. It steers relatively well from the back. The wagon is definitely big enough for 2 children (or one and supplies). Both the frame and the canvas seem very sturdy.I won't return it unless something else breaks but i really hope i can find some way to get the defective items replaced.

I bought this wagon as a replacement to a different one I bought in July. We have been using these to haul things back and forth for hospital stays as our one year has been in and out a lot for chemo.This one has huge tires that make it easy to roll everywhere but it does make turning a bit tricky but not unmanageable… they are also a little bit noisy.This one also has two handles which was one of the issues I had with the other wagon. These handles seem to be very durable and I like that you can push or pull the wagon.The wagon comes with bungee straps which help to secure all of our bags. With a few modifications, this Garden Cart became the perfect weather shelter for my Honda generator. Severe weather causes us to loose power a couple times a year where I live. This system gets me up and running in minutes even in the worst weather. When the power comes back on, everything stays on the Garden Cart and it easily rolls into my garage for storage. Well engineered, light weight construction. The large wheels are good for rolling across a rain-soaked lawn. I hope replacement wheels become available some day. Happy with my purchase.
Out of the box my wagon appeared to had been previously used. Walmart told me I had to contact the Seller to return it. I reached out to them however I still have gotten any response back from them. ALSO know that the basket does NOT stay attached to the wagon. It falls off constantly. I wish I would have spent a little more and bought a different wagon.
A few issues I have with this wagon are:1. There is an extremely strong grease like odor. I have left the wagon outside almost 24 hours to air out, and the strong has not dissipated.2. The instructions consists of seven pictures no written instructions to accompany the pictures.3. The assembly came with three missing nuts.It is very disappointing that I cannot rid of getget the super strong odor. I have hopes to use this wagon this afternoon to go to the zoo but I don’t know if I want my grandchildren exposed to the strong smell. Due to the smell, because it is so strong and makes my eyes water. I am giving a two star review. I have not tested the wagon to know if it’s easy to maneuver or enjoyable.
I got this wagon for my son and I to use for the summer/picking him up from school. Everything is good the only thing I will mention is when putting it together, tighten the screws on the bottom. The bar that connects the 2 side pieces together. I didn't think to do that when putting it together so one ended up coming out and I had to pick up some screws from the hardware store. The wheels are a bit loud but seem to be okay.Overall it's a pretty good wagon, easy to open and close, attach the basket and canopy etc. Got a few compliments from other parents and I did recommend it to them for their tiny humans too.
I gave 2 stars because of the lack of coherence of weight capacity. On the Walmart website the weight capacity is 220lbs but in the instruction booklet it's 176lbs. Which is it really? I will never know! I couldn't even make out the blurry pictures that I was supposed to follow as instructions. I had to find a You Tube video to have a better idea on how to assemble the product. This looks like it was made a quick sell withought ackowleding customers needs. I prefer shopping on Amazon.ca it's faster and the description is more relevent. Now I am not sure how much weight capacuty is safe!
Searched a lot what could I buy, what are my options, but where i live(Denmark)this is a GoOd price. As a quality side not the best, but OK quality. It is easy to assemble. Time will tell if it was a good investment. My 2 son could fit in it easly (3 and 7 year old). They like it. Since the tires are plastic it can be a little hard sometime to pull with load on it(rubber tire with air would make it easier i think) But they had to made balance between material and price to be so cheap.
I'm still trying to figure out how to fix my wheels as one wheel was put on backwards. The bar doesn't go up as high as I would like for a 5'7 woman. The bag on the back always falls off, I've never been able to get to stay on. Works great for going to my local food bank. I love the sunshade as I use it for a rain shade. I can also not get back to the small as it was when it was first sent to me. the part to pull it up in the middle keeps coming apart.
