I received my order early, which was wonderful, unfortunately it was defected and not functional for what we needed. The door was not fastened and screw or bolts were not available. Also the one bolt that was there was there seemed too short. For a security safe, this product should have been delivered fully put together as advertised . After speaking to an agent, and explaining my situation, she was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and understanding, my issue was resolved swiftly and to my satisfactory. It was a fast and easy process from start to finish. No wait time on the phone or resolving my issue. I would definitely shop with wayfair in the future and would recommend them to others.

Works great so farHad for couple years nowMy only concern is what to do when the keypad battery runs out as I’ve no idea where I placed the keys so I’d just make a note of where you put the keys!
False advertising. Product is not even close to being 2.1 CU.FT. Internally it is only 1.14 CU.FT and externally it is less than 1.8 CU.FT. Very light weight. Doesn't seem too secure, but will work for storage (but would not trust for valuables).
Our family likes it because there is plenty of room. Also, my partner works all day, and he worries a lot. And I stay at home. He has set the fingerprint so that I open it that way. And the Pin is set where he knows it. He has put a gun loaded and cocked. Therefore, if anyone breaks in, I can open it quickly and grab the gun. It gives him a piece of mind. I love it cause there is room enough to put other stuff as well.
2 screws were just laying on the inside and the red password set bottom was missing. I had to I screw the other screws and take off the plastic backing of the locking mechanism. Thankfully I was able to find yet another locking nut just laying on the inside to reinstall the red set button. So once I assembled all of the loose screws and locking nut it seems to work. Getting the batteries inserted was also very difficult and really had to force it.
I bought the safe because of fingerprint option I programmed my fingerprint in there and it worked good for about a month and one night my three year old open my safe. I contacted the company several times and all they keep sending me the same exact email back. Waste of money and time
I wanted something like what I already have that is heavy, sturdy, makes you feel secure. Instead this is like cheap aluminum, very light in weight and honestly "anyone" can just pick it up and still hold groceries and walk away. I am a short older woman that worried about bringing it inside my home when delivered but turned out my 4yr old grandchild feels heavier.Let alone I doubt it will help if ever a fire as well. I suggest look elsewhere when it comes to safes nowadays at Walmart.
