At first glance, and handling while installing, I'm cautiously optimistic. Very easy to assemble and install. Keep an eye on which way the curl goes and which side of the vinyl the 'toothed' plate should go on, vs. the backing plate. I opted for having the curl towards the inside of my lean to, to reduce rain pooling in the curl.The hardware seemed a bit light duty, but I'm used to industrial grade strip curtains as I sell that product in my business-but for MUCH higher pricing. That's based on forklift traffic traveling through MULTIPLE times a shift. This should be fine for residential applications. Time will tel how this holds up.The other thing I will keep my eye on is how the vinyl stands up to UV exposure.
