I used to take other boron forms but this form seems to be the best. I mainly use Boron for hormonal balance (testosterone levels maintenance) alongside with zinc, vitamine D3, and Magnesium, so this natural boron is a good choice specially that it also contains brocoli which is known for hormonal balancing effect.

Strong recommendation for men - cycling it is a must! 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off for men will increase testosterone. Taking it continually will otherwise elevate your estradiol level, which a man probably does not want. Women are okay taking it continuously without a break.

I was taking Biosil for my noisy joints for over 3 years, the K2 and D3, collagen, and so on but fructoborate had the fastest action of all. Also, teeth sensitivity was gone in a day, nightmares calmed (I found the fluoride could cause them and the boron can detox it). Regarding bone formation, I found that calcium fructoborate significantly reduces serum levels of the C-reactive protein in humans, suggesting that this unique plant-mineral complex may contribute to bone health by controlling the inflammation associated with loss of bone mineral density, a simple way to avoid osteoporosis.

Boron is a much under-rated supplement which most of us are deficient in. It is available in some foods, but probably not enough to be a therapeutic dose. I like that this is in a form similar to that naturally found in food. 3mg should be a good dose for most people. Be aware that if you are deficient, boron can cause start-up reactions in some. Also boron can perturb hormone levels in people with already messed up hormones, so this is something to be aware of. This mineral synergizes well with magnesium and Vitamin D. Great Stuff!
Solid company and the vitamins came packaged well and seem to be helping in my overall wellness. These ones are kinda smelly but that doesn’t bother me because you are swallowing themNot eating them. Good vitamins to have for your overall health because of the lack of nutrients most of us get through food. I will keep using them as long as I can. Thanks Vibrant Health.
This is one of the few products on iHerb that contains Calcium/Boron fructoborate complex. You can read up on it but it is healthy for your bones but also your general well being, enzyme reactions and hormonal health. The added broccoli is a nice touch. Very good formulation by Vibrant Health :)
I’m so happy with this product. If you think you’re not getting enough boron through your diet (and you’re probably not) this will help. If you’re reading this you’ve already looked in to what boron can do for you and it does everything and more. I’ve been taking it for about six months and I’ll continue to take it.
