The Victorinox Fibrox Cooks Knife is a mouthful to say but a joy to use. I have a long love affair with the Victorinox brand and this particular knife keeps the flame well and truly burning. These knives are fantastically sharp straight from the box and require nothing more than a very careful wash and wipe, before you start slicing and dicing your way through what ever is on the nights menu. I love how light and and easy this knife is to use, it is brilliant on tomatoes, no matter how soft and ripe, as for dicing chicken it turns chore into a quick and simple procedure. very sharp and short so works well but needs caution as it slips quickly and suddenly since its so thin and sharp, Great bright colors though so you dont accidently miss it and you see the handle clearly when washing or something
tiny little knife so doesnt work for large fruits or items as well but does great getting through carrots or pears and veggies but its so sharp that you need to be really cautious because it just slips through fast so can get away from you
Im a produce quality assurance inspector and I have been looking for a better work knife for years. I needed a blade at least 4 long that wouldnt require a sheath, foldable to fit in my coat pocket, with a locking mechanism for safety. This knife fits the bill and has been a joy to work with.
Excellent paring knife, sharp serrated edge and the great thing about Victorinox is they keep an edge unlike most knives

Surprisingly light but easy to use, actually it feels better than the German brand that we have been using for 20 years as it's quite heavy. Highly recommend.
