Great value! I am a meat cutter and use this everyday and love it! Need to replace it every 6 months or so but for $25 its WELL worth it! And if not used everyday like me would last much longer! And Victornoix is a very trusted brand in my line of work! Would def recommend
Love this sharpener. Where has it been all my years. I had an electric sharpener which you had to run the blade through a dozen times both sides of the blade and into two blade guides.This Victorinox is soooo easy. You pass it over the blade 2-4 times with heavy pressure and 4-6 times with light pressure, done....

This Victorinox 'Pull-Thru' knife sharpener works extremely well and allows me to maintain exactly the correct critical sharpening angle on each of my kitchen knife blades with ease by simply holding each knife by its handle and with its blunt back edge resting on my timber cutting board I then simply pull the sharpener forward from base to tip along the blade and within just a couple of strokes it's razor sharp again. It works so well that I've now been able to retire my previous messy to use trusty old sharpening stone to the bottom drawer. I couldn't be happier with this high quality Swiss Victorinox product.
One of best things ever. Works exactly as it should. Paid more than this to get knives sharpened by “expert” . This is better .
