This knife is extremely pleasant to use, the handle feels quite natural in the hand, even for people with very large or small hands. The blades is very thin, but stiff, retains a very sharp edge (and the factory edge quite good,)It's light enough that it handles nicely, stiff enough to take quite a bit of downward pressure and sharp enough that it isn't necessary to use force to cut most foods.And it's dishwasher safe.

This is a terrific small pairing knife with a very sharp blade. I use this to cut up fruit all the time. The blade is fairly thin so you could do a lot of decorative carving with it

This is a cute knife. It is a great choice for color coding in any restaurant or for adding some color into your kitchen. It is great for cutting vegetables or for peeling potatoes. I would recommend this.

The 3 1/4" Paring Knife is an excellent value buy. The handle is textured enough to feel smooth yet provide good grip for wet or oily hands. Theres a small indent on both sides of the knife for comfortable thumb placement. This knife comes in a variety of colors, especially handy for kosher kitchens, and the price can't be beat. It's sharp out of the box, but cheap enough to have several around.

I recently purchased a knife like this but in a different color. They are great quality. They stay sharp, absolutely no problems. From now on these are the only knives I will be buying. The handle is comfortable and you do not have to apply too much pressure to cut through most things because of the amazing quality of the knife. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Victorinox knives are some of my favorites and this one is no exception. Arrived super sharp. The handle is comfortable and ergonomic. Easily cuts through things like fruits and vegetables with no problem. I've had mine for awhile now and it still looks new, so I definitely recommend it.

A small sharp knife

This knife is perfect when I need a sharp knife for almost anything! It is handy and great for smaller foods. I am always chopping vegetables to snack on and this works great for that!
