Fantastic. Have had for years, recently bought many more, so they are always clean and ready. Not going to waste time writing extensive review, so - I am an expert on knives, edges, sharpening, making them - these are just great. For all use general kitchen knives, throw in washer and never worry, just brilliant. Highly recommend to everyone. However, I do like the serrated ones more than this, but still great.

This little knife is unbeatable quality for the price: it holds its sharpness, is easy in the hand, has a very sharp point and blade. It is thin and draws effortlessly through carrots and potatoes, whereas thicker knives split them unevenly. I've just used it for finely cutting oranges for marmalade. Order online and it's in different colours.
I was not looking forward to replacing my old paring knife with an inferior product. My research paid off. I cannot find one negative aspect of this unassuming little knife. Perfection is probably the best description for this well-designed paring knife.
