My family loves this knives. We have 16 of them, and use them both for food preparations and when eating. In the Faroe Islands I think Victorinox most have sold more than 100 000 of these, almost every family have from 6 to 24 of them. So it's very strange this knife is so hard to find in the stores in other northern countries.
These are the best small kitchen knives in the world! Slices through everything from bagettues to tomatoes and keeps on going. As a chef I have used these every day for 20 years, some of mine have no serrations left but they are still razor sharp and useful. Buy 1 or 3

A wonderful little knife, brilliant for slicing tomatoes, grapes, kiwi fruits - anything juicy and squishy - and much less faff (and safer) than using a mandoline! Good for spreading butter, and smoothing - in fact it's endlessly useful. Don't be without it.
