I've been extremely impressed by this Victron charger. Installation was very simple and I had it up and running in no time. The instructions are simple and easy to follow. Since installing it our batteries have been much happier and the Bluetooth monitoring app not only works first time every time but greatly appeals to my geeky side. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. What made it even better though was the service from 12 volt planet - it arrived on next day delivery as promised and they were able to advise on the correct cables I'd need to get the system up and running. Great service as ever!

This product is connected in our van to our Lithium leisure battery. It's well built, and works really well. I have been using the bluetooth connectivity to look at the battery info through the Victron app- so helpful! My order arrived quickly too so definitely would recommend this product from 12voltplanet.

Really nice quality build on the product. The Bluetooth range is excellent. I am managing to keep a connection to it through several rooms of the house and through a brick wall at the rear of the house. I have tested it against my cheap previous controller and it easily out performs the old unit for output. Whilst the app is informative, it is annoying that it wants to restart itself and reconnect to the controller's Bluetooth receiver. In other words it does not run in the background but needs to restart when you pick up your phone to check charging progress. I guess it is trying to minimize power usage. The solid build of the unit does make it heavy and bulky for handling and storage.
Bought this mainly for charging and conditioning 2 x 120ah AGM batteries in our camper. It’s the main hookup for the van now as it’s built as an off grid van so this just charges the batteries which we use as the reservoir for the 12vdc fridge etc. Feels solid and as it’s Victron you know it’s going to treat those batteries as they want to be treated. The blue tooth is a bonus as our next purchase is a DC —> DC alternator charger to replace the basic split charger, which will be a Victron that will also appear in their Victron app making it easy to overview charging. Quick delivery with a proper courier as well.
Permanently fitted to shore power circuit on a two battery dual engine configuration. Feels like a solid bit of kit.. Bluetooth works well and multi output works as expected. Ref previous review, purpose of multi-output is to let you charge multiple independently switched battery banks without creating a parallel connection between banks. Works fine with batteries at different states of charge.... one just catches up. Probably not good if mixing battery technologies.
Great product, revived a 12V/22Ah deep cycle AGM battery. The charging algorithm of these chargers is really good. I also have a Victron 24V/25A triple output which is a great product too. Great service from the guys in Thomastown.
These guys are great. I had an issue with the fuse in my charger and sent it back to them. They contacted me when they received it. Great service and replaced the charger within two weeks. Highly recommend them. Thank you😁
Decent product, nicely engineered, reasonable app build, useful for monitoring state of charge, in cycle, it could use an inbuilt load/consumption monitor, would be a great extension to the app.SBPE’s service was impeccable, complex order, delivered exactly as requested.Will definitely, (have already), order from them again.
I’m no expert on 12v systems but I can’t find any fault with this charger. Yes it’s almost £200 but if it keeps your batteries in good condition it’s worth it. The app is really good too. As usual 12v provided good tech help and fast delivery.
