Ideal for my use at home, a good size to add to my existing pair of 5kg weights.In time I may have a need to buy a 2nd pair of similar 10kg weights.

Excellent value for the money

Excellent value for the money - you get a quality plastic covered concrete weight with one inch hole. I already have four of these, and as I develop, I will buy some more, I calculate I can fit 12 of these on my one inch bar eventually. These are a bit thinner than the average York concrete weights, so you can fit more of them on the bar.

Good value, thin and flat

Good value for the weight. Not too thick so space for more plates. Decent 30cm diameter which lifts barbell up higher off ground than other discs.

I purchased a pair of these. Unfortunately what the listing did not mention is that the plates are double the thickness. The plates work fine. However the added thickness takes up too much room for me. I can't see much long term durability around the centre hole. The plates seem to be made from epoxy mixed with metal powder then poured into a plastic housing. Would not recommend for professional use.

You are led to believe these are metal plates coated in plastic to prevent noise/protect floors - they are not metal plates but filled plastic weights. This noted the price now looks a decent bit less appealing, the 'filled plastic' plates are also much larger than metal plates to make up the weight. Not impressed by the advertising at all.
