Terrible quality
My Garden Pergola just arrived. Both boxes have arrived damaged. Possible pieces missing. Overstock needs to get it right with the packing. I will submit photos shortly.
Product showed up way earlier than expected, but it was in horrible condition. A lot of the pieces were bent and dented. The pieces did not fit together well at all. It was missing a piece of the main frame. Took me over a week of back and forth just to get an offer of part replacement. Then another couple of days to just let me return it.
Pleased with the cool shady area that it has created in our garden
Nice sun protection with a nice price
Although one of the cheapest pergolas it shows that cheap definitely isnt better and wouldn't recommend....poles were slightly dented so trying to slot them together took a bit of time and although looks nice once its put together you can still see the imperfections in the poles....and it definitely isnt waterproof....rain just goes straight through soaked all my patio furniture soft furnishings....dont buy!! pay a lttle extra for something that is better quality and actually what you think youve paid for
impossible to assemble the product which was in two packages, having received only one part, after complaint to the supplier, for 8 days the second package has still not left the warehouses ???? where is the seriousness of the supplier ??
Looked the pergola, although the screen roof is a bit thin.
Missing Parts and couldn't get replacements tried twice and even sent picture of the missing part and they send me a 2 inch junk part
