Never heard back from anyone. Complete crappy service all the way around. And the umbrella is so cheap I don't know who would use it. Went directly in the trash.

I would give a zero if possible. It did not come with the hardware or instructions. Emailed Walmart, called Walmart, called manufacturer just to send the hardware and instructions. Never heard back from anyone. Complete crappy service all the way around. And the umbrella is so cheap I don't know who would use it. Went directly in the trash.

Looks nice finally! It literally took my husband hours to put this together! And he is extremely handy, it was like a jigsaw puzzle. Crazy amount of hardware and pieces along with not one piece that was labeled! How he figured it out was a miracle. I personally would have put it to the curb! Seriously, this company needs to look in to this! I will add a pic of finale, as I stated it looks nice but it was torture to get it done.
Very cheap made, and very difficult to put together. The umbrella is a joke.
the coushins are not waterproof and started taking in water after a few weeks. easy enough to out together even though i was missing some nuts due to the bag being opened in the box. quality wise, you get what you pay for. if you're looking for something to replace in a few years or not use alot this is for you.
