The curls around the sides & back are gorgeous. The top/crown area has a weird & odd curl pattern as well as all the hair going forward & flopping straight down into the
face. I don't know if it can be fixed to look normal but I didn't expect all the work of trying to do that. Also there is no lift at the front. I will stick to the Amaretto wig which

Unfortunately, this piece's color was in no way as advertised. The Vienna Roast had platinum/ash/blonde/GREY highlights and black low lights. She wasn't knotted/tangled, but
she was crazy looking. I'm not exaggerating...Cray Z. On top of everything else, she was shorter than the pictures depicted...and I have a short neck. I had to return; there was
no possible way I could go in public wearing her. Yes, it was that bad.

I just got Vienna Roast from Belle Tress in Chrome and positively love her! I wasn't sure if I was ready to "go grey", but after wearing her for a few hours over the weekend, I
think this is my new favorite color. I had been wearing Jon Renau wigs, usually in either 12FS8 or 12FS12, and love the rooted blonde look, but Vienna Roast in Chrome just
feels like "me".She feels so light and natural. I just love love wearing her. After unboxing, I removed the zig zag part, shook her out, and worked with her with my fingers only
for about 5-10 min before snapping this pic (if I can find how to add a pic).The cap fits very well to my head shape even though I'm on the Avg /Large side at 22.5...

Overall I really love this wig. Heat friendly wigs are not my favorite as they do tend to tangle and wear out faster but I will always buy BelleTress as they consistently create my favorite styles. I stick to a shorter style with heat friendly fiber and I have much less issues. It is true that sometimes the wig you receive can seem slightly different than the pictures and the videos but nothing so crazy that you can’t make it your own. This happening is the exception more than the rule. And Wigs.com has a super easy return policy if you take care when trying the wig on. At this price, you’re getting a wonderful wig. Very natural low density wig! The color is beautiful HONEY WITH CHAI LATTE. Return policy is the best available so if it’s not perfect it’s easy to return!

I love Belle Tress wigs. However, I’m finding that the curly HF fibers in this line are different from style to style. I tried Vienna Roast in Sugar Cookie with Hazelnut but I usually buy Butterbeer Blonde so the color didn’t really work for me. The fibers are fantastic though and it’s very lightweight. It’s a great length. I also have Caliente and it just tangles so much that I’ve almost given up. My favorite curly wig so far in this collection is Kona—great curls, yet soft and not very prone to tangling.

I wanted to take advantage of the Coconut Silver Blonde closeout color, so I tried this style. It’s very reminiscent of my Califia and Caliente wigs - nice wavy and mid length. I’m very pleased with it!

I can never really tell the quality of a wig until I shake it out a little a put it on, so unfortunately I had already committed to keeping this one when I noticed how very little hair there was on top and especially in the back of the wig. I can see wefts thru the hair. I think this is a manufacturer problem (Belle Tress) not Wigs.com. Now that I’ve worked with it, I can’t send it back…but if I had known, I wouldn’t have kept this one. The style is lovely, wish the quality was better.

Vienna Roast seems to have magical powers. I ordered her in Chrome (a very different color for me, a red or brunette (or Rosewood) customer) and at first when I put her on, I thought this is definitely a wig. But I loved her color so much I was willing to do the unthinkable if you think you might return her. I tilted her, messed around with the part and her waves, which honestly on the left were almost non existent - but who wants perfect salon hair every day - and she came to life. I wish my Cascara would have worked in this color, or any color but I have tried Cascara and she is a little unruly for me. But Vienna Roast is a doll. She is light, and I would say a lighter/medium density (perfect for me who doesn't do well with really dense hair), easy to work with, ... MoreVienna Roast seems to have magical powers. WS1 shipping was fantastic as always. I am loving the color and density of this wig (although it might be too thin for some people's liking) and I really like the lace front - at least where it is. It barely goes from temple to temple and causes a big demarcation on my forehead which is rather noticeable. Wish it was wider, that's all. Heat friendly fibers seem to tangle more easily than my other wigs, but we'll see how it lasts this summer.
