This monitor is cheap and affordable ($345 when I purchased it). The resolution is great, a big upgrade from 1080p and a must-have for 27-inch monitors. The 165 Hz is also a big improvement although it is let down by pretty severe ghosting in games and regular use (To the point that the screen becomes severely blurry in top-down games when moving the camera too quickly). The curve takes a while to get used to without feeling nauseous but upon getting used to it the simple act of dragging applications to the side of the screen feels like something out of the matrix. The monitor may not be the best of the lot, but with the price, it comes at and being Gsync compatible. It is very much worth the price when upgrading from an older monitor.

After hours of searching for a fair price monitor, with intergrated speakers and a curved screen for my desk I found this on. Very easy to put together, very good picture and the monitor body itself is visually beautiful. I use this for my xbox series s. I dont like not having a remote to control the sound so I bought speakers with a spin dial and easily hid those behind the monitor. 1ms timing.. what more can i ask for

Amazing monitor. I wasn't expecting much for the price, but this is literally flawless. You'll read some reviews about a limited colour spectrum, not noticable. Very adjustable settings, easy UI. Granted the speakers are terrible, but who buys a monitor for the speakers. My first curved screen, but the curve is gentle and easy to get used to while gaming. Still a little bit weird for office work, but I'm sure I'll get used to it.

I use this monitor as part of a two monitor combo (other monitor is a viewsonic 24 vertical monitor) and switch this monitor between a mac mini and an xBox series S. I routinely play Fortnite, Halo, and other games on the xBox and it is fantastic. There is no smudging at all, colors and contrast are crisp. This setup is amazing and its all I need. The xBox scales to all games I play and this monitor handles it nicely. I run it at 1080p (which is more than enough for these older eyes). It isn't meant for high-end 4K or 8K output - but for what it is - its a great product. Highly recommend. And B&H - as always, fantastic.
Bought this around cyber monday on sale and couldn't really find any reviews on it so I decided to take a chance because it checked off all the boxes; 165hz, 1440p, curved monitor. Then I started to game on it. I've never experienced flickering in games until I used this monitor. I'm fairly confident that it isn't my GPU because I've tested similar scenarios on other monitors and do not experience that same flicker I would get on this one. Ghosting is really really bad on this monitor. If you move at any type of speed it will blur. Is it worth the retail price? No. Is it worth 200? Maybe. It has a lot of bells and whistles that would make it an attractive end game monitor but just overall image quality holds it back.
Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase, this product just has a few shortcomings, mainly being the speakers. I didn't expect anything amazing when I decided to buy this display, but I like to stream content without the need for headphones and that just isn't a possibility here. If they would've included slightly more powerful drivers, they would be passable, but, in my opinion, they would have been better off leaving the speakers out altogether. However, despite my complaints, this unit definitely does my setup justice and paired with a set of quality desktop speakers, would provide a very nice experience when gaming and watching content.
I absolutely love this monitor but I did run into one minor hiccup. The monitor is advertised as having a 165hz refresh rate when plugged in via DisplayPort. They even provide you with a display port cable! But when I set the monitor up I was limited to 120hz and for the life of me, I could not figure out why. I reinstalled graphic drivers, messed with settings, even had my friend who is better with computers than myself come over and see if he could figure out why I could not access the 165hz. Then it hit me, maybe the cable is bad. So I drove to the same friends house and borrowed a cable form him and sure enough it worked! Kind of bummed me out that I spent so long troubleshooting this when the problem was the provided DisplayPort cable the whole time. Took a gamble on this refurb monitor, but I am more than happy right now. Since its a refurb it was missing the manual, but was easy enough to setup. Its heavier than I expected, but not an issue. Picture is awesome, and has been perfect for work. I basically use this as a dual monitor, I can easily fit 2 windows or spreadsheets on it. The speakers on it aren't that great, but they work fine for what I need. Overall, very good price for a big monitor.
I am happy enough with the picture, which I guess is the most important thing. The monitor looks good & the design people have done a nice little trick of making the screen seem bigger than it is by having a "borderless" look. There is however a 1cm border including the thin edge case, around the top & sides. The bottom has about a 5mm border that sits above the bottom frame. Quality of the base leaves a little to be desired on mine - the finishing is lacking, but I can live with it. Biggest disappointment are the internal speaker. I wasn't expecting anything near to the external logitech speakers I have been using with my previous AOC monitor, but the ones in the Viewsonic monitor are very tinny sounding - although clear. I have adjusted the sound output to lessen the bad sound but have only partially succeeded. Screen does seem better suited to a low light level room, but overall, it isn't a lot different to my old monitor in that regard. Overall I think if you can buy this when it is on special, then it is a reasonable monitor for the price. Just don't expect it to blow you away in any department, especially the sound.
This display is nice. 1440p resolution at 165hz is nice, particularly on FPS games which is mainly what I play. I read reviews stating the stand is less than desirable. While not deal-breaker territory at all, the stand does give the feeling of perhaps being a bit flimsy. It's something I noticed while putting the stand together and haven't thought about it since. All in all, I highly recommend
