ViewSonic X100-4K Led Projector 4K

Excellent picture quality colors and brightness I would put it on par with projectors costing 4 to 5 times the purchase price . Reviews are not being honest . Don’t purchase the Sony or JVC , this is all that you need .

This projector has everything I'm looking for: big screen, WiFi enabled, great sound and smart TV. I'm a cable cutter so this works our awesome for me. As movie theater seems to be a thing in the past nowadays, I'm glad I'm future proofed

Worth the wait over 2 months on order - received it Feb 5th. I’ve had three other projectors for the last 16 years from 480p, 720p to 1080p. I was in no hurry for the Viewsonic X100-4K UHD; however, now that I’ve tasted what a 4K projector has to offer, I’m glad I made the switch.What has always annoyed me regarding regular lamp projectors are that the lamps burn out sooner than expected if you are a movie buff, as I am. With a 3 year standard warranty on the projector and one year on the light source, I feel confident that 30,000 hrs of the LED light source will last. Indeed if you are using this as a home theater movie experience you will not be disappointed.The x100-4K is not too big; nonetheless, I was not expecting to move my ceiling mount two feet closer to the screen, as I’ve had three projectors mounted previously from the same location. There is a multitude of color adjustments that can be tweaked with a calibration disc and has the capability to have a professional input the ISF adjustments. To me the colors and brightness are great for 120” 16:9 grey screen.I have the Sony UBP-X800M2 4K UHD player and it up-converts Blu-Rays nicely; however, original 4K UHD content is fantastic on this projector. I have Paradigm Reference Studio speakers and was not expecting a massive sound improvement, yet have been suprisingly impressed. I’ve only had the X100-4K projector set-up for one week and so glad I waited the over two months for delivery.I highly recommend the Viewsonic X100-4K for anyone on a budget, is a critical viewer and wants to do their part in saving the environment not having to replace bulbs when they blow (and trust me they blow and are expensive). For $1,699 at B&H this is a great price and value for a 4K Home Theater Projector.There are a few quirks with the Viewsonic App; nevertheless, overall Viewsonic did an amazing job of bringing a quality product for a reasonable price.
